Gourmet Cheesecakes and baked goods. We are open for scheduled pick ups and special orders. We are always baking and have a variety of cheesecakes available daily in both 6 and 8 inch size. Just give us a call and we can schedule a time for pick up. Special orders require a ‘two business day’ heads up – due to the time and process for making cheesecake. Savory, Sweet, Decadent, Keto, Vegan, Gluten Friendly (shared kitchen so cannot claim gluten free), Raw – possibilities are endless. My wife never tells me what she wants for her birthday. One day in a discussion she brought up getting a cheesecake for her birthday by asking for it plus some other extreme options that would guarantee a cheesecake.
I set out to surprise her for her upcoming birthday and found Cafe Dolce! I was a challenging customer for Bobbi with request for dietary restrictions and numerous email requests.
Bobbi did everything she could to meet my request and made my wife’s birthday surprise extraordinary!
I found the cheesecake Holy Grail! Fantastic!
I highly recommend Dolce. Well worth the trip!

I hate leaving one star reviews, especially for small businesses, but hopefully this saves someone else from wasting their time.
My mom loves cheesecake, I wanted to get her a gift card here for Christmas. Tried calling, no answer, called again over the next several days, no answer and no call back. Finally messaged on Facebook and the next day was given hours I could pick the gift card up.
When my fiance went to get the gift card for me, the person there couldn’t find them. She tried calling the owner who didn’t answer her phone (shocker), then said come back the next day and gave staffed hours.
Today I swung by during the alleged staffed hours. There were cars parked out front, but the doors were locked and no one answered when I knocked. Tried calling several more times, again no answer. At this point now it’s Christmas Eve, I have had mine and my fiances time wasted, and I have no gift card. I’m not even convinced they are a real business and honestly if this is how they work I’m glad I didn’t get the gift card. I doubt my mom would have been persistent enough to keep trying for weeks on end until someone finally bothers to answer the phone or open the door.

Attempted to have breakfast there with my wife. There were several issues; despite listed as open it was not, there’s a sign on the door that says pick ups only, it’s not actually a resturant it’s one half of a house (the online photos are very deceiving), it’s in a residentual neighborhood (hard to access). Save the frustration and your time and just go somewhere else.

I love coming to this cafe for the coffee, the sandwiches, and the desserts. The workers here are all so genuinely sweet and so amazing each time. The coffee is always high-quality made, and even for complicated orders, they always get it exactly right. The sandwiches on the menu are some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Wasilla, and their cheesecakes are made fresh and absolutely delicious as well. I’ve been here many times and I will be here many more as well. I highly recommend everyone to try their sandwiches as I ordered the 907 breakfast sandwich in the photo; it was absolutely amazing. It’s such a shame that they are kind of in a hidden location as this is definitely a hidden gem for cafes in the Wasilla area. Definitely come here if you get the chance.

After work I came here for cheesecake but they were sold out. I’d suggest getting there early! They have delicious cheesecake. So I tried a green Chile grilled cheese w tomato basil soup. Crunchy and creamy goodness, but needed a teeny bit more seasoning for both but it was good! 🙂

We had a larger group at midmorning on a weekday and we were all accommodated well. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. I loved the savory danish! They were filling and easy to eat on the go. The hot chocolate and cheesecakes are rich and yummy! Bobbi, the owner is a sweet lady and the atmosphere is relaxing. Come by for a visit!

I worked their breifly, and I had never like cheesecake before. But When I was working their I mixed the batter, prepping it for the owner. And she would have me taste it so its perfect and i fell in love with cheesecake and she has great options of flavors, she does custom cakes, many sizes, weddings, and other desserts too.. Relaxing and friendly staff. I came here when I was homeless and one of the employees gave me and my partner glasses with their logo on it. we still have in our new home. Such a memorable moment. Gluten free options and comfort food that just hits the spots. My only complaint is the hours. They are open at weird midday times and sometimes it’s not listed when they are closed. I’ve driven or walked here many times only to find they are not open….understaffed? Lack of marketing? I feel like if they did mornings and weekends and advertised more, they would have a lot more traffic. If you can catch them when they are open, they are a amazing place. So they loose service stars for specifically the management service and whoever is in charge of the schedule. But the actual food and customer service is very great

I’m not always a huge cheesecake person, but I got some cheesecakes for some of my coworkers, and they were so good!! Even for me who’s picky about cheesecake, haha! If I ever need cheesecakes again, I know who to order from!
