I have been ordering off the app the past 3 times and each time my sandwiches were not toasted, which is fine for me. But today I ordered a sandwich for me and my friend. And her sandwich only had pepperoni on it as a meat option. She ordered the Italian BMT, which has salami and ham on it along with pepperoni. It was also not toasted. And when she went to go pick up the sandwiches, she told me the staff were very rude and dismissive to her, like they didn’t care to be there. I don’t normally have an issue with this subway but it seems like either there is a problem with ordering things off the app or they just lazily make the mobile orders without any care. But I’ll start going in-person to see if it’s just a problem when ordering on the app. If not, I’ll unfortunately have to stop going until something changes with how it’s managed.

We have been customers for a long time. I have to say that tonight the service was exceptional! We were welcomed with a friendly smile, and the sweetest young lady made our sandwiches. She was very kind, made eye contact when speaking, and even helped me make a decision when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Our food was very good!

I was never a huge fan of Subway in the past. We ate there in the cities in which we have lived. The food was adequate, but the service often seemed that we were interrupting their day.
Since coming back to Wilburton OK (my hometown), my wife and I have really been enjoying our meals here! The sandwiches are always right on point, and Destanie is always so warm and friendly that it is always a great experience! The whole staff seems to actually care and enjoy their customers!!

I don’t like that Subway changed their meat or that they got rid of the creamy Italian sauce.
The bread & cookies are fantastic, as always.
It amazes me that with 3 sandwiches, I can’t walk out of there for under $45. Prices going up make it seem like it should be a special occasion to go there now.

blinding logic
I’m a huge introvert- like worryingly so, I also have a mumbling problem so going into shops like this is difficult for everyone. Though there wasn’t anyone else in until I was already almost done! Destinie was very paitent with me, ans could also understand me or would double check before putting it on or such. Greatly appreciated the hospitality she showed me!!! Made it totally worth it!

Ordered 11 sandwiches in the app for a family get together, ueds the app, worst mistake we could have made, apparently if your not standing over them they can’t get the order right, my sandwich was missing lettuce tomatoes and onions and black olives, my wife’s blt had bacon mayo and 1 lone slice of tomato on it, we will not make the same mistake again

Usually great service, with employees eager to help. Idk what happened because recently I went to eat there and I walked out mid order because the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. They shoved my sandwich down the counter rudely, slammed lids around, and rolled their eyes when I told them what I was ordering. Also very concerning…the bathroom was gross. Dirty toilet seat, nothing to dry hands with, trash overflowing onto the floor.
