I just went there about an hour ago I placed an order asked for fresh fries. The lady proceeded to look at me, roll her eyes and say drop of fresh fry then I tell her I have three fries and she said oh you want all of them fresh in a smart way obviously who don’t want fresh fries then , she proceeded to go over to the light skin boy and whisper to him making a smart comment talk about they come here all the time thinking their food‘s gonna be fresh didn’t even whisper it quietly. I heard her and she looked like she was a manager that’s extremely unprofessional that needs to be handled. Then, when I came in before I placed my order, she was in there, talking about another manager loud enough for the customer to hear it and that’s extremely unprofessional then she proceeded to talk about this other manager the entire time while me and another customer is waiting on our food and she’s talking loudly. She’s not even talking quiet then she keeps bringing up. I get off an hour. I’m ready to go. I don’t wanna be here. then the light skin boy, he literally threw my fries in the bag when I said, threw, he threw my fries, was all turned upside down everywhere. None of my fries were full because he dumped them in my bag I literally watched him throw my fries in the bag literally threw it in there. Then, when I asked him for ketchup, he rolled his eyes y’all need to do better with y’all staff because they’re extremely unprofessional and they’re unhygienic cause he was biting his nails before he was giving people their food and that’s nasty. He was literally sitting there chewing on his nails touching peoples french fries. It was a big older white lady with a short haircut, and her hair was redish/Burgundy she literally was talking about how she didn’t like her job. Don’t apply to work somewhere if you don’t like the job because it’s not my fault she decided to work at Burger King She applied to work there, not me so why you got attitude with me as soon as I walked in, she rolled her eyes and had a attitude that people was coming inside. It’s not my fault she decided to work at Burger King in her 50s Find a better job don’t take your anger out on the customers.

Only person in line at the drive thru. Sat there 17 minutes before they would take My order. Then once my order was placed I pulled up to the window and I sat at the window for 23 minutes waiting for my food to get made and arrive. I understand if they were busy there was only one car in the parking lot so I’m not exactly sure as to what was taking so long to get my food. By the time I placed my order there were seven vehicles behind me they were only taking two at a time. As I was at the window waiting for my food to get handed to me the workers were all standing around inside laughing and carrying on and joking. Bad character of employees

Several times I had to wait in the drive thru to order, no one was around. I waited so long one time that I just pulled through and left. The last time I was there I ordered an impossible whopper, paid at the first window, by the time I pulled up to the second window they were already handing me my bag. I been Several times at Several different locations and never got an impossible whopper that fast. Got home and I’ve should have known, it was old and nasty. I will starve to death before I ever go back there again. Honestly I don’t know how they are still open.

Me and my partner were hungry after a night of being out and decided to stop here to grab something to eat at two something in the morning. We waited about 11 minutes before we actually got our food. The fries were overly salted and the lady in the window was rude. me and my partner ended up catching food poisoning woke up later that day, throwing up and having diarrhea.

Don’t ever come here unless you have 20 plus minutes to spare.Who ever owns this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. It is ridiculous how under staffed they are. 1 person up front handling everything with a full drive through and packed restaurant. If you work here just know you dont deserve that , go get a new job and let this place fall to the ground.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this Burger King location. Despite being a 24-hour establishment, I was left waiting at the intercom for 10 minutes at 2am. When the employee finally responded, she was rude, nasty, and displayed an ignorant attitude for no apparent reason, prompting me to cancel my order and leave.

You might want to have a discussion with your employees who can’t seem to read and then want to blame your customers for their default of drinks out to Uber drivers and then telling them that they need to pay attention to what they’re accepting? I can’t explain it but for my entire life the Whopper has been my favorite fast food Burger. I can remember as a kid begging my mom to drive to columbiana which are the nearest Burger King to my home. When they finally opened one of my hometown, I happily accepted Saturday detention for sneaking out at lunch time to get some.
