I went to Taco Bell/KFC on Centinela, near La Tijera Blvd. about 8:30pm. The chicken was hard, dark, dry, and not edible. I said hello and good night to the woman at the drive through, she did not respond. My first clue should have been that they have no lights outside. The chicken were the tiniest thighs and drumsticks I have ever seen. The buckets for 12, are now half the size. Don’t ever go there!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
We came in as a large group and ordered about a dozen items from the menu. All was fine until we received 2 completely incorrect burritos. We ordered 3 grilled burritos and only received 1, while the other 2 were plain value menu burritos. We were charged for all 3 grilled on the receipt. After confronting the worker, they took those 2 wrong burritos back. The manager came out and asked to see every item we received. Once we did that, she got angry and furiously claimed that she made those burritos with her hands. Her lack of manner was very surprising for such a simple situation. The worker was much nicer and well behaved than the short-tempered manager. We expected us to get our proper order back, but we were forced to pay for those 3 burritos on the receipt, as well as another 2 just to receive our order properly. This isn’t a matter of paying extra, but rather the horrible customer experience from the manager. Please fix this behavior for your future customers and learn from your well-mannered worker.

The girl working the drive through today 10/8 between 3 and 3:30 was so rude that I couldn’t even finish placing my order and drove off. I bet she is behind most of these bad reviews posted on Google. I wonder how much money is lost at this location because of the bad service she gives.

MANAGER HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER!! They got a few things wrong on the order so we returned them and asked them for fix it. The manager RUDELY claims that she made the order herself correctly (she didn’t) even though we showed her all the wrappers. The employee was nice, but the manager specifically has the worst customer service possible.

Went to buy the new 2$ burritos just before 6pm 7/5 show the little blonde girl a picture w/price she asked me how many I said 6 never told me their price of 299 so when she gave me the receipt I checked it and asked a young man with black hair not friendly at all why are they charging me this amount and he says it’s because they are not in the taco bell chain. Then I ordered 6 but when I went home there were only 5 what a ripoff I will never go back there again

I haven’t been to a taco bell since 2006 or so. Back then I used to like the 7 layer or the grilled stuffed burrito. I ordered those very same items on this visit; man have things changed. They are about half the size they used to be and were completely devoid of any recognizable flavor. They were edible, but that’s about the best I can say. It’s not likely I’ll return.
