We were there a little after 4pm today. We had hoped to order and eat our meal there. We ordered the herb and cheese bread. Very disappointed that the only bread available was wheat. We left!

Stay away!! This place should be shut down. Unsanitary, unprofessional, whatever the opposite of fresh is, that’s what this Subway represents. Had a chicken teriyaki, veggies seemed like they were 5+ days old. The “fresh batch” looked exactly the same. Frost covering almost every container. From the lettuce to the onions to the pickles all slimy and withered. Nothing was filled, no mayo, no sweet onion sauce. It was around 8pm and they close at 10. Her excuse was “we about to close”, since when does 2 hours equate to closing? Toast machine broken, directions of how much I wanted on my sandwich wasn’t followed. 2 days later I had a virus. Stomach bug left me with a fever, chills, diarrhea, no appetite, just horrible. Staff in their regular clothes and bonnets walking around sipping soda. Don’t waste your time, money or health.

I simply cannot understand how a Subway franchise cannot maintain an inventory of chips! Since moving yo the area, this location only ever has a small selection and is aways out of several varieties!

Just left there. Got a flat bread. Guy asked a few times what I wanted. My answer stayed the same. Flat bread, pepper jack/shredded cheddar… toasted. Weird… then when he finally got the flat bread out he lined the short side with cheese and toasted it. I was so confused. Then when it came out I asked for avocado… he put a short line next to the cheese, then 4 pieces of spinach… I really wanted spinach… why 4 pieces? Then banana peppers… so many…. why? By then I was looking around in disbelief… the guy working next to him didn’t correct him… it was so little ingredient and only on 1/4 of the bread… I asked for “mayonnaise to drown out that much banana pepper”, he reached for more banana pepper… I yelled, “no, no more! For the love of God, its already too much”. … then he put the mayo, and rolled the flat bread very loosely. Now I have 1/4 of the ingredients I should, in a flat burrito with it just falling out of the sides. … I thought I was on a bloopers film. … I won’t be back… ever. That was wild. My husband didn’t even get the sandwich he wanted after he saw this craziness. … he just went with a meatball sub (they had no Italian herb and cheese bread, but whatever) and we left. The guy damn near emptied the tin of banana peppers on the meat ball sub… why?!

I ordered a veggie patty sub through DoorDash and I asked for Italian bread. They gave me the Urban cheese bread instead. Normally not a problem if it was for me but it was for my wife who is vegan so she is unable to eat the sandwich. I tried to call to talk to them about it but the person that picked up pretended not to speak English and hung up on me. He was extremely rude.

Got the turkey bacon avocado wrap. It is not a wrap as pictured. Just a flat folded in half & open on both ends. Had no bacon, finally found about a tsp.of mashed avocado at the very end. Very disappointed, especially at $11.99! . Can’t believe they get away with calling this a wrap.

8/24 Update. An update to my previous review of this location. I live nearby and do now visit here a couple times each month. The service and store management has improved a lot over the past year!
I have tried this location multiple times since moving to the area and each time they have been out of numerous basic items: napkins, veggies, meatballs, chips!!! All the basic items that the entire concept of this sandwich place is based on. How hard can it possibly be to manage inventory of a Subway!

Took my elderly grandmother for subs for lunch. We attempted to called the store before arriving but they let the phone ring out of pure intentions. When we arrived we were not welcomed there was two couples in the subway eating and we were the only one in sub line. The one woMEN WITH short hair pretending did my sub and she thought she would riddle her tongue at the attempts of mine and her attitude was pissed poor. The other woman from the back she walked out and did all the toppings and never said a word to us either. I’ll be contacting health department on a few other issues that we seen while having subs made.
