We visited this place on a Sunday and it was surprisingly EMPTY!!! Not one customer at all besides my family and I. There was only one server and she was doing everything herself. The kitchen probably had people but the food was coming out slow. Besides all of this the atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately we were freezing the entire time we were eating here. It was so cold in the restaurant. The food was ok but not amazing. It didn’t taste like authentic Mexican food, it was all a bit dry. There was definitely some flavor missing. We liked that they had pupusas for the kids. They advertised a buffet but we didn’t see anything anywhere that showed buffet so we just ordered regular food. I wished they had free refills because the drinks were definitely expensive. We won’t be coming back.

This is a nice family-style Mexican restaurant with very unique decorations for the area. The food had great flavor, ample portions, great prices. The chips and salsa are really good. The dessert and the Mexican drinks are a must try as well.We really enjoyed eating here. We will surely be coming back for more.

Came here for dinner last night and for the most part, I did enjoy my meal with only a few minor issues. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is very authentic, which I did appreciate. The prices were decent all things considered. It was fairly quiet, and the music also set the mood for the atmosphere.
The only minor discrepancies I noticed was that no table had utensils, plates, or napkins on them and they did not come out until the main meal. This was a bit disappointing especially while eating the nachos and salsa. Another minor frustration was that when I ordered a coke, they gave me a bottle, which does not include refills, vs a refillable cup. If I wanted the coke that came in a bottle then that’s what I would’ve ordered.

Visited today with my family and we were extremely satisfied with the food! Everything we tried was delicious. We had their buffet lunch so we got to try everything and we loved everything. The flavors were just perfect! Specially their pupusas and mondongo soup, some of the best we’ve had.
It is true that the place is unfortunately empty, our entire 1.5 hour stay, we were the only ones here, but our server went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. We will be sure to spread the word about this place and will make it a routine to come at least once a week from now on. This is a business worth supporting!

*Updated review after reading health inspection report*
After reviewing the latest health inspection report, I can not recommend anyone eat here under the conditions that were described.
The food I ate tasted great from my initial visit, however after learning of the conditions this establishment is running under and seeing two new reviews of people getting sick I won’t be coming back until they have another inspection conducted and it passes with flying colors.

The food and service was amazing. The place is clean and tidy. I went two days ago—NO food poisoning here, and I have a sensitive stomach. The chips & salsa were on point. I went on a whim and tried the Mexican pizza & I loved it! Chorizo and the dough were yummy. I definitely recommend. The prices are relatively low compared to other places that have worse food and service and dirtier. Can’t wait to go back with the misses and try the carne asada. Oh and try the horchata, it was really good too.

This place is amazing! I heard about it from Facebook and gave the weekend buffet a try. It was great authentic Mexican food! The service was great and the restaurant, including the bathroom was spotless! My mint mojito was one of the best if not the best drinks I’ve had!

This restaurant just opened, and to be a new business everything was really good! We ordered some nachos with grilled chicken (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) couldn’t take a picture because they looked really good and we finished them all, I think they will be much better with refried pinto beans. Got my self a chicken and Shrimp fajita, shrimp was on point, no overcooking at all, taste amazing! The chicken was ok. Got my kids a cheese pizza and they love it! The Services was great. They girl at the front was very friendly and helpful even when our food took a little bit longer to come out. Our server was very attentive. Definitely coming back!

Must try any pizza here at a minimum. It’s the best. It’s better than the italian restaurants in NOVA and one of the best pizzas I’ve had anywhere. I’m a big pizza snob. The dough is exeptional. Yes, the pizza at this mexican place. They must have kept the recipe and oven from the itialian restaurant that used to be there, and that italian restaurant is opening up in downtown Manassas park.
The burritos are very good and the mango margaritas have been strong and tasty. I would recommend their birria anything and al pastor.
One of the few Hispanic restaurants in the area that are any good.
This pizza will put a smile on your face and ruin all other spots.

I came with a few of my friends for the opening. The decor was great and the music was on point. I ordered an Al Pastor pizza, since I’ve never seen that on a menu. It was unique for sure and would definitely recommend. Overall a great time!
