I have lived down the street from this market for my entire life and just stopped in recently for the first time. I am BLOWN away by not only the food, but the amazing staff. It is so rare to receive this level of customer service. The ladies that have taken my order in the front went above and beyond. They made my day with how sweet and outgoing they were. I have gotten the Mayflower sandwich a few times and it is hands down the best turkey sandwich I have had. It is addicting! We also have made dinner at home using their frozen ravioli and Italian sausages. Quality and taste was unreal. I will recommend this place over and over again to anyone who will listen.

The food here is usually amazing, but the service and atmosphere completely ruin the experience. If you’re not part of the “favorites” or family circle, you’re treated poorly, which makes even picking up food discouraging. On top of that, if you don’t watch carefully, they’ll charge you for items that don’t get added to your order or you’ll end up with the wrong food.
I’ve tried to be patient, reasonable, and respectful, but my experience only got worse over time from my very first visit to my last one, yesterday. They have officially lost me as a customer. I won’t even pick up food here for anyone else anymore, which is how I started ordering in the first place.

Great spot for a sandwich! I had the Roast Beef Deluxe. It was well put together and tasted GREAT! Very nicely wrapped in deli paper, too.

This is my third day trying to get a sandwich from pettys deli, I just went in there and The owner or whatever he is … he’s the one that always tells the same story over and over to everyone that walks in anyone he, calls me an idiot because I asked if the rest of the week they were gonna be closed because he told me that the deli isn’t open because everybody in there has the flu. I have lived in Brockton for over 40 years this place is amazing friendly homie just enough stuff in there that you forgot to catch up they have it their deli is to die for I always get a Thanksgiving sandwich special it is amazing they’re telling me is a fresh chemical-free delicious I cannot say enough and I’m truly going to miss this trip once a week that I allow myself to purchase a sandwich if you haven’t been I highly recommend that you go there. Nicest people and hands down the best Subs in the United States. I stand by that statement. They make sausages their too and they’re great on the grill. Order before 2pm or you’re out of luck they close early but when you make the best subs on the planet you can close the deli early but the market stays open.
