First time ordering here and had a great experience. Not only did we receive our food in half the estimated time, but they also were very accommodating when they did not have to be…..I was the one who made the mistake. Both the employee I spoke with on the phone, and the delivery driver were more professional than people twice their age. I have only ever left two reviews counting this one. It is just not something I do. That is how thankful I was with their customer service. I would love to compliment the two employees by name, but I forgot to ask.

Whenever we crave something to eat around 10 PM, our first stop is always Marco’s Pizza. We’ve gotten used to their amazing flavor—it’s truly our family’s favorite pizza! Always hot, delicious, and consistent. Highly recommended! ❤️

Today was my second order with Marcos so let’s back up to the first one last week. The delivery driver shows up drops the The dessert I ordered it came out of the package. He physically picked up the actual food, put it back in the package and handed it to me like nothing was wrong. I called the store and requested a refund for the item. The little worker that answered the phone, said he’s new and didn’t know how to do that and he would have his manager call me back. I never received a call from the manager never received a refund Fast-forward to today. I ordered some And I ordered a small pizza with the garlic sauce on the crust, not seeing evidence of that along with three garlic sauces and what did I receive no garlic sauce, only pizza and ranch which I specifically removed from the order I will no longer be ordering from Marco’s

We mostly frequently went to the Moore/OKC location… But we moved and this location is near the house (4-5 miles).
Marcos did a fantastic job for dinner..
Ordered online – then called as we were going to arrive slightly before the pick up time and Miranda got us taken care of!
She was awesome! She should be commended for job well done!
Lightning fast prepping of the food and the staff was super friendly! I was very pleased with our visit!

So I order here all the time and today took the cake, the pizza was the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen and it tasted gross, the crust was dense greasy and not seasoned, the bottom was extra greasy and sloppy and it had a whole bunch of bubbles with barely any cheese on it the bottom of the pizza was falling apart it was so terrible
