It was the one, if not only, bar open before 2pm so I thought I’d check it out. It was only me and two of their old head regular customers at the bar but the bartender was so friendly and hospitable it almost made you feel like she looks forward to getting out of bed and coming to work everyday solely because you’ll be there and she’ll get to serve you beer. Oh and the prices were phenomenal. I can’t remember the last time two coronas cost me seven dollars even. Had I known they were so cheap I would’ve stayed longer.

Nice and quiet on a Wednesday afternoon. Drink was refreshing. Barkeep friendly and helpful. She made me a tropical drink, which I am pretty sure is not typically served to the patrons there. Really appreciate the extra effort she made to make me feel welcome.

Great neighborhood bar. 2 pool tables. Great welcome, being a stranger from out of town. Darla, bartender was very comfortable. Would recommend to meet the locals. Would come back!! No food however. Close to highway too!! Inexpensive drinks!!

Mixed drinks were weak, shots were half full (only ordered 2) bartender was rude and cut us off after 1 shot and 2 mixed drinks each! But continued to serve several drinks to the rest of the customers??? We just wanted to shoot pool and have a few drinks. Didn’t give her any attitude, just left. Y’all find another place

I’ve never felt threatened like this before. I was asked my name, if I’ve ever been here before, and was told by what I assume was a regular to finish my beer as fast as I could and leave. I asked what was wrong, and he just said it was a word of advice. Gotta say it shook me up pretty good. I’m not from Amarillo. I was just stopping through for the night.
