The 1st pic was what one of the employees prior had given me as the New Yorker The second pic after waiting 2 hours was fixed by the Mgr.Jose who was left short staffed and had to juggle most of the tasks with his co worker Ester. Both were very professional and handled my order with surgical care I personally know having patience as a CEO is rare because business moves fast in and out but when it comes to understanding the situation at hand you become aware of customer’s dissatisfaction and attitudes. You gotta have a thick skin and armor— to deal with out blowing a fuse under pressure . Thank you Pizza-Hut in the future please do better

What a waste of my time and money. The Pizza just isn’t right anymore. It tastes terrible. But the customer service is far worse. What can one expect when the workers don’t speak English. He literally couldn’t understand what I was saying to him. He couldn’t answer questions. He couldn’t communicate with me, the customer. What on earth is Pizza Hut thinking. Seriously. I’m done with pizza hut. It makes absolutely no sense to continue to shop at a place that refuses to hire people that actually speak English….. Now I see why Pizza Hut is having to close so many locations.

The reviews for this store were more encouraging than the one on main Street in West Orange.
I’m not going to lie. The smell coming from this box did not please my nostrils, and the food doesn’t look anything like the promotional picture, but it was delicious.
Pizza was chunky and cheesy, and the crust was perfect.
I’m not a fan of the breadsticks. It has way too much garlic and seasoning on top (kind of like the domino’s crust), but it was bearable with the marinara sauce.
The cinnamon sticks were incredible. It’s not overbearing, and if you want the icing it just tastes better.
I got takeout at like 5 PM on a Saturday. I’m coming back here for sure.

Horrible service. They deliver by doordash which isnt the problem. The problem is the store not driver forgetting half your order then making you wait 30-40 mins for the rest of your order. The girl answering the phone is so unprofessional. Denies your order then “mysteriously” the call drops. Place smells like nothing but weed and alcohol. They can never get it right. Needs new management ASAP. Destroying the pizzahut brand. Ill order from dominoes in Montclair at least you’ll get what you are paying for.

Just got my food from there, delicious! And the staff were friendly too. The workers, Diana and Krystal made my Pizza Hut experience 10x better. Definitely coming back! 100% recommend this place.
