Just had a delivery. Chicken curry, beef shezuan and rice. Salt and pepper ribs. Ribs consisted of a lot of grissel. Shezuan was watery. Disappointment.

Excellent takeaway. This was our first visit. The food was great and only a short wait for it to be cooked even though it was quite busy with other people waiting and delivery drivers popping in and out. We’ll definitely be returning.

Mr Wang has been our go to Chinese takeaway for the last 6 years since moving to Lancaster. We had a takeaway last night and since waking up this morning I have been ill with severe stomach cramps, feeling hot and cold and other unpleasant symptoms. As the day has progressed my friend has also experienced the same symptoms. We have both had to take the day off work. My dog has also had diarrhoea today. This seems far too much of a coincidence that we, and my dog have all been ill and I believe this is likely due to food poisoning and the Chinese takeaway is the only meal we all ate (my dog also had some of the chicken and egg). I have reported this to environmental health and sadly won’t be returning.
Also, in 2 of the last 3 orders I found cartilage in my chicken fried rice which really put me off. The meat is also mostly the horrible bits you would find on a chicken (black, chewy etc.). I’m not sure if something has changed (recipe/chef) but before the food poisoning this alone was putting me off ordering again.

The food was really good. We got a takeaway for our late Christmas dinner and it was delicious. The hot and sour soup was a meal on its own.

Absolutely love this Chinese takeaway! We’ve been ordering from here every weekend since moving to Lancaster for university and it never disappoints. The service is always fantastic and the food is amazing. The portions are generous and every dish we’ve tried has been 5 star. The customer service is outstanding too—always friendly and welcoming. We’ve recommended it to several friends and they’ve all had great experiences too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great Chinese food in Lancaster! We will miss it when we return home to Ireland this weekend!

Ordered on a Friday night and the service was prompt, with excellent food. Spring rolls were hot and crispy, Singapore noodles were just spicy enough and not greasy at all. The ribs were also fantastic. Highly recommend, will definitely be ordering from here again.

I was apprehensive about this place as I’d seen poor reviews on other sites but I’ve had several different dishes from there and they’ve all been excellent. My only minor gripe is that service is a bit slow and one of the people behind the counter gives the impression that life would be easier without customers bothering her.

Best Chinese in a long time, usual was shut for a week so decided on this one. The duck pancakes were amazing, so much duck and they leave the shredding to you so you don’t have to pick through the bits you don’t want. Soup would have been nicer with breast rather than thigh and the hoisin sauce was a little oily/watery but it was still very good. Chicken dough balls were great too!
