It’s like a McDonald’s graveyard, quiet and still inside. Order from the kiosk, no greeting at all. Your food gets placed on a shelf and then you try for five minutes to get an employee to acknowledge you because your fries aren’t cooked well. Drive thru is normal but I’ve been shorted food and had to drive back. Check your bags folks, because they aren’t.

The food at this McDonald’s is better than what im used to from Tehama County! I didnt like that i couldnt get my own soda and tht they no longer have refills i also didnt like that they mixed the cream and sugar to my coffee for me instead of giving that to me to add myself they did it! I donlike that i can pay with food stamps if i need to!

Ordered a double quarter, received a single. Food was cold by the time I drove the 2 miles home. Not worth driving back for a refund or an order do-over. So glad we voted for their minimum wage to go so high in California since they’re too high to make an order correctly. Also, shorting a customer on goods and services paid for is a form of theft/fraud. This isn’t the first time and McDonald’s is not exclusive to it. Young lady at the service window was top notch, though. Not her fault the “kitchen” is lackadaisical.

I went here for the first time and will never be back to this location. There were three long hairs entangled in my fries. They were out of the Grinch meal after it being on for less than 4 days. The workers have no idea what they’re doing and just ignore the people trying to pay for their hair-covered food. I did not eat this meal due to the unsanitary conditions and recommend everyone else find a different McDonald’s to go to.

The McDonald is at a convenient location near I-5. This was the second time we got food here and got gas at Costco. The restraunt is new and clean. I’ll definitely return.

I’ve been constantly having issues with the app. They ask for a code when you get to the speaker but then the code never works. I had a 30% off code and the general manager in the mornings on the weekends refused to do anything about it. She’s very unfriendly and would only give me a free hash brown to make up for it but complained about it. I had the same experience with her last weekend. Kindness goes a long way and if your app never works and you refuse to honor your discounts then stop accepting the app promotions. I’ve worked in food for years. The cashier Anna was great- her manager not so much. Costs $0 to be kind.

This place feels like a warehouse. You order from a screen. There are no napkins, Ketchup, drink machine or anything. No free refills. The hand dryers in the bathroom don’t work. The building is new! This is McDonald’s saying they don’t want customers to eat in so I won’t be buying from here again.

Went to grab a quick road bite while traveling to Oregon. The meal was short on the nuggets, When I asked for Sauce for the nuggets (I hadn’t looked at my order yet), they said I would have to pay for sauce and you have to specify when ordering. I said I asked for the sauce when ordering, she argued with me. I seriously wanted 2 sauces for 2 nugget orders. When She finally gave me two sauce packets, I got into my car and found out We were shorted on the order over all. It cannot be this hard to get an order right. It actually was a gift, I won’t go to McDonalds again! lesson learned!

I don’t understand why employees just walk pass and ignore customers who are at the counters waiting to get help. Management needs to put their workers in check and retrain them on how to properly greet and help customers. Y’all are making $20/hr, get it together.
