The manager was a jerk when asked about missing items from our order and when asked about fixing it he said they were out. So we are just supposed to lose money for them being out? They skimped us on cookies and chips.
Was not helpful at all and some of our sandwiches were missing ingredients.

Stingy with ingredients.. they were cutting corners starting from cheese to sauce!
3 triangles of cheese on foot long .. empty sauce bottle and just dint care to go back and get the refill .. ! Had to ask for everything..

The employee helping me was moving like a sloth and the other employee supposed to be making my husband’s sandwich was focused on the walmart employee that was in line behind us and served her before serving us and jumped ahead in the line to make her sandwich as we were still waiting. Then she claimed to have put napkins in my bag which I know she didn’t I saw her put them in the Walmart employees bag because she was solely focused on her. When I asked for napkins after telling her I had none she said I did then realized I didn’t when I showed her and then she gave me like 3 napkins for 2 footlongs one being a meatball, very messy so I asked for more and she was kind of rude.

I was disappointed. It wasn’t busy we were the only ones there but the two older ladies working were rushing and things were not as neatly made. Some of the veggies out looked almost frozen. The Sapulpa Walmart Subway was amazing. And same order was a few dollars cheaper somehow. I will skip this one on the future.

Sandwiches should be easy to make but they’re not always just right. Today my sandwich was perfect! My granddaughter and I both loved it , and our service was excellent even though there was only one person there she was friendly and nice and very helpful.

Ordered from door dash and had it sent to my pregnant girlfriend. Doctor said it’s fine as long as it get toasted. She got the sandwich and couldn’t eat it because they didn’t toast, when a complaint was made they said they put it in the over not toaster(cheese wasn’t melted so no they didn’t). And not one employee seemed to care they could’ve caused listeria from the cold deli meat.

I went there monday, yesterday for dinner, and this amazing kindhearted young lady, her name was Paige, was so sweet to me and helped me out with my sandwich, it’s my first time at subway and my grandson wanted to go there, she was the only one in the front while the girl in the back was to busy on her phone as i could see through the mirror. Yet Paige was attending us so kindly and my grandson enjoyed his sandwich, i will be coming back just to see her. reminds me of my own daughter.

The server did not come out of the kitchen when we entered the restaurant. The tables hadn’t been wiped down and there was a sticky stain on the floor. We almost left but my friend yelled back into the kitchen. The server came out on her phone and said “hello” she made our sandwiches and they were as good and fresh as ever. I asked for a water cup which she was happy to give me but the drink station hadn’t been stocked so I was unable to lid my drink before I left.

I suggest another Subway. The servers lied to me and said they “had” to toast my order because they had to warm the meat. Then the bread isn’t fully cooked. They should’ve toasted the bread when they were baking it. I think that’s why they “had” to toast it is because the bread is undercooked. So disappointing. Worst sandwich ever!!!
