Came here the other night to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time making memories. Mr. Chuck was a phenomenal server who not only provided excellent service throughout the night but also became our personal photographer. He was very patient and took the time to explain menu items to us, which we all truly appreciated since it was our first time dining at Pearl and Horn.
Food Review: The lobster roll was delicious and the perfect portion size. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. The Apple Orchard Salad was refreshing and sat nicely in the stomach. The Winter Mushroom Risotto was a generous portion and had the perfect amount of truffle oil. Adding the salmon made the dish even better; however, we did wish the filet portion was a bit larger, as it was eaten in just a few small bites.
Important Note for Birthdays or Celebrations: There is a $20 dessert fee. The host did inform us of this while checking in, though it would have been helpful to see this noted during the reservation process or on the website. A little more transparency at booking would have been appreciated, but it certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker. The wonderful service we received easily made up for the additional charge.

Celebrating my 42th birthday at this fancy restaurant with my hubby. For starter we got the calamari, of all calamari ive eaten in different places this in the best of the so far for me. Has this kind of taste that unable to explain. For the Meal we had the Wagyy beef with mashed potatoes and fries. Its totally a bomb. Ohhhh so yummy. It’s prepared well done and sumptuous. The taste is unexplainable good. It’s our first exceptional experienced. Never go wrong to spend a little bit more when ur Celebrating life and success.

Came here last night and had an anwesome experience. Our server, Raechel (I think that was her name she had glasses!!), was awesome from start to finish. She helped us choose our dishes based on what would pair best with the bottle of wine we ordered, which really elevated the whole meal. Every single dish was incredible. We didn’t even get a picture of the whipped feta & bone marrow ragu because it was that good lol we took some to go, and somehow it tasted even better the next day. Overall, fantastic food, great service, and an experience we’ll definitely be back for. Also get the Tipsy oyster

I had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer they were so delicious the whole table loved them. For my entree I got the Porkchop medium well it was phenomenal!! Juicy, perfectly grilled. It came with greens and a butter bean puree the greens had a hint of spice it was a perfect meal.

First time dining here and we had a great dinner. Our server, Diana, was very attentive and professional. If it’s your first time dining here too, I definitely recommend trying any variation of the broiled oysters, you really can’t go wrong. They’re all delicious.

First visit to Pearl&Horn – it won’t be our last. Service was excellent from start to finish. It was my 54th birthday. Katie was our server. She was excellent! She greeted us with a smile and answered every question we had. She also told us about all the specials for the night. She was great at explaining everything – we didn’t feel rushed. We decided on the crab bites for an appetizer, and Ribeyes for our entrees. My side was sea salt fries and my husband’s was mash potato. The Ribeyes cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious. For dessert, Katie surprised me with a slice of chocolate cake with a candle on top. It was so nice. I had a wonderful birthday dinner. Every staff we encountered was nice. We will definitely come again for dinner and a special thank you to Katie for excellent service.

We’ve now been to Pearl & Horn twice—first for my wife’s birthday and most recently for our anniversary—and both visits were absolutely phenomenal.
The first time, our server was May, who was lovely and attentive. The second time, our server (short hair, so sweet!) was just as wonderful. Both experiences were consistent: excellent service, no attitude, and staff who make you feel genuinely welcome.
Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side, but the quality and experience make it completely worth it. The food and cocktails are beautifully done (highly recommend the fries and mashed potatoes as sides, and their cocktails are gorgeous and delicious). Both times, we had zero issues with waiting—they take reservations, and the wait is never long.
What really stands out is the atmosphere. It’s cozy, romantic, and perfect for a date night or special occasion. For our anniversary, they even surprised us with a sweet “Happy Anniversary” dessert plate that made the evening extra special.
Pearl & Horn has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in town. Between the incredible service, beautiful drinks, amazing food, and warm atmosphere, we can’t recommend it enough.

Visited Pearl & Horn for the first time during a quick trip to Pensacola, and the space instantly impressed me. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with comfortable spacing between tables, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the restaurant’s background and menu, which added a nice touch to the experience.
I did ask about swapping the liquor in one of their specialty cocktails and wasn’t able to, so I went with a classic cocktail instead.
While the ambiance was truly top-notch, some of the dishes missed the mark for me. The Brussels sprouts appetizer came out a bit overdone, my medium-rare steak leaned more toward medium, and the elk pasta was overcooked (though the kitchen kindly remade it).
That said, there were definitely highlights—the scallops were delicious, and the pumpkin crème brûlée was absolutely memorable.
Overall, Pearl & Horn has a stunning atmosphere and wonderful service, and with a few tweaks in the kitchen, it could easily become a standout favorite.

It’s hard to believe we have such an amazing restaurant in Pensacola. We are so lucky to have a lot if great restaurants in little old Pensacola, and this one is now at the top of my list. The dishes they serve are superb. Scallops were the best I’ve had and prepared perfect. My husband loves the Pumpkin Risotto (amazing) and their raw oysters. Atmosphere is right on point. Very elegant. Perfect for a special occasion.

I could on and on about how wonderful the food is prepared and presented, the high level of service from all of the staff, and the upscale atmosphere. However I will shorten that all into “you must go to this restaurant if you love and appreciate amazing food”!
