I stopped by to grab a drink before my flight. I asked what their house gin was and ordered a martini (Bombay). She asked if I wanted a single or a double I said single and a glass of water. I will say the staff were all friendly and it wasn’t busy but when the bill came for my martini and bottle of water I was surprised at the price (39$). I hit print receipt cause I was confused and to my surprise I was charged for a double Tito’s. I brought this up and she tells me “well a martini is always charged as a double” but I’m a bartender and I know this is not true. They also charge an automatic 18% gratuity. She say “those airport prices”. Idk the whole situation just rubbed me the wrong way. I’m a frequent traveler and airport drinker and never in my life was my bill this much for one martini. Just be aware of this when you order and keep in mind the auto gratuity which I’m assuming why they push for a double.

I have never met a ruder waitress in my entire life. She was completely miserable and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I ordered a bagel for breakfast, and she informed me in the rudest way that it would “be toasted.” I expected an actual toasted bagel, but instead it was slapped on a grill with butter smeared all over the outside of only one half. The inside was burnt to a crisp and grossly inedible. I tossed the whole thing. What a waste of money.
The service is awful and the food was even worse. Do yourself a favour and just pick something else lol.

This wanna b Beyoncé is immensely rude and unprofessional. She poured my wine & walked away. She started waiting on other customers. So, I asked her if the wine sitting in front of me was mine. She had the audacity to tell me to calm down. I picked up my belongings and left. I can only imagine how she treats other potential customers.

Hi, this is a weird one. We had a nice time here as we waited for our plane. Our waitress was great and took care of us. Problem is, I went to get some money exchanged after my wife came back, had to go straight onto the plane. She thought I paid, I thought she paid, we never paid! They wouldn’t let me off the plane to settle up and then when I called it just rang and rang. We feel awful about this. How do we pay you? It was on January 1st, 2026 around 630pm. Really hope our nice waitress didn’t get stuck with our bill, either way, we want to rectify this. Please have someone let us know how to get ahold of you here.

Just had the greatest time in the Atlanta airport eating lunch at Sojourners Cafe near the E gates. Ty, the most friendly, helpful, and delightfully fun waitress I’ve experienced in ages, made lunch at the airport a wonderful experience. After a long week of work and travel this made my day!

Waiting for my flight and I stopped into this place to have a beer before. I waited for about 10 min before the bartender finally acknowledged me and whatever…I’m a patient person (there were 3 other people at the bar btw). It was the rudest interaction at a bar in the airport I have ever experienced. The bartender with her back turned said “take your ID out for me”. No hey…no welcome…nothing. I simply responded with “thats not a great greeting” and then she told me I could go to another bar. I’m one of the most understanding people when it comes to service (I worked in it for 12 years) but this was beyond rude. I was ready to vibe with her cause it seemed she was by herself and was met with the ugliest attitude I’ve ever experienced here.

Service was spot-on: attentive without being overbearing, and everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Ty is warm and welcoming. You can feel the spirit of Atlanta ❤️

If you are in Concourse E at ATL and want a solid bar food spot, come here. Ask for Tynicka. Three things: 1) the menu is limited and delicious (pulled pork, wings, burgers) and more than reasonably priced for the airport – certainly better than that conglomerate McDonalds! 2) Tynicka has the most amazing attitude – a super representative for the restaurant, efficient, friendly, wonderfully embracing for weary travelers. 3) the bar is great 🙂 We are here on a very busy Sunday evening after Christmas and the lines at all the other venues were long, with some short attitudes showing thru employees (somewhat understandable). Tynicka was just the opposite. Made our day.

Woman working was extremely rude. Never once acknowledged us only to say “what do you want.” Then had the nerve to tell the person on the phone that she was “sick of people.” Our food was cold upon delivery. She was on the phone for 35 minutes while ignoring EVERY person that came to the counter. Eventually most walked away irritated. If she’s the owner- WOW! If she’s not, they might want to pull security footage
