I used the kiosk to order 8 pc. classic chicken meal. lg mashed potatoes and a classic tender 3 pc with fries. The receipt I got from the kiosk was blank. I could not log on to the kiosk because it would not scan the QR code and i had no receipt to submit on the app no points. Yea! before I left, I asked for a copy of my receipt, and I got one, but it had no code to get points. Did I get the potatoes? No i did not go back I was already home. Oh well. At least I got all spicy chicken witch I don’t like, but when you have a bad supervisor and a crew that does not care. The part that makes me laugh was they gave me 6 wings and two breasts. Here’s a question how do you say this place suck without saying it. Popeyes!

this location has gotten our order either completely wrong or missed items in our order the past couple of times we have gotten anything from them. they don’t wanna answer the phones either, so we can’t even get ahold of anyone to fix it. i drive out of my way to get chicken from Popeye’s because it’s good, but i can’t just drive for 45 minutes or all night because you can’t read your tickets!!

Came months ago service was horrible. Came last weekend through drive through, fastest service in along time. The young lady was Polite and I didn’t wait long for my order! Glad to see new faces and higher energy. Keep up the good the work. Now only if they can get the weak crew just as energized!!!

waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes just to get to the speaker and be told that all they had was spicy, and that we would have to wait another 10 minutes for the food. then got told they were out of blackened ranch. i’ve been to this location maybe 4 times and have had an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME. The manager the last time not sure the name, was absolutely rude and just seemed like they did not want to be there. Would recommend going to the location next to tanger for sure.

Not what I’d call FAST food. Give yourself extra time if stopping here. Be prepared to wait in line. Wait to order. Wait to pay. Wait for your card back. Be asked to park. And wait some more. 27 minutes for three cars. I’d have been better off going to Gardens-same time spent but could have had a beer while waiting.

The absolute worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Save your sanity and just drive 4 miles south to next one(which is above average).
This location looks relatively new, nice, and clean. The service is aweful beyond comprehension. It took over 45 minutes to get 3 pieces of fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Both of which tasted very wrong – not bad or expired, just not even close to Popeyes signature flavor. Never returning.

Like an idiot, waiting for someone to take my order. 4 or 5 employee looked at me while they were having a conversation about their schedule an an other one preparing an order like slower than a turtle and they all saw me standing there and didn’t care. This location is consistently out of food(chicken at that) on the menu. God bless the young teenagers that work here because there never seems to be adequate management present. Adequate & management, two words that can’t be put in the same sentence here…that can be observed by the lack of inventory in stock week after week.

Worst experience ever. I always have trouble at this location. I did a mobile order and they didn’t have my order ready. Then placed an order in person and they said four minutes. Waited for four minutes nothing then 8 min passed. After the 8min they said it would another “3min”. I don’t know how this place is still open.
