Never left a bad review on anything in my entire life, not only did the website tell me my address was invalid for no reason so I had to order later which doesn’t help, but you mean (once I paid with my card w tip already included) I call Casey back 3 minutes after she called, to which she then declines 3 of my calls and doesn’t even leave the box outside, I dont even know if Ill get a refund. Sick and had a migraine, needed food terribly.

I accidentally ordered a pizza for the wrong day, and they remade it for me at no charge. I was able to pick up my pizza today without payment ng anymore, and it was so so delicious! Thank you Papa John’s for your graciousness and amazing service.

I like Papa John’s pizza. It’s tasty and not too expensive. I don’t like the service at this location. I just visited them for carry-out and they had their music turned-up so loud I couldn’t hear them and I had to shout to be heard. By the mid-point of out transaction, I was just guessing what they were saying and nodding and shaking my head in response. The guy who rung-up my order seemed frustrated by my responses.

Takeout is not until 11:45, as I was denied a takeout at before that time and then gaslighted about a delivery. They just want to get the hell out of there. I cant blame them.

I am very upset with this location. I have had a rewards account with them now for years, and my family orders almost weekly. I recently made a purchase over $100 for an event, food was on time and it was produced correctly. However, I was charged a duplicate amount onto my account that has been pending now for almost a week and all I have gotten is a simple “Sorry” without any offer of reprimand or resolve to this issue. I called two days ago to speak to a manager, never got a call back so I called again today and was still side stepped by the manager and was only able to speak to a team member that told me “Sorry, you’ll just have to wait up to two weeks to have access to your funds.” No effort is coming out of that team to help me gain access to my funds of over $100, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of care or empathy regarding this issue.

UPDATE “Clearly still need management to teach workers to pay attention.. shot pizza looks good but aint cut.. nice try yall maybe nexy time but not holding my breathe…”Once was the best place ordered almost every day then went down hill fast with slow delivery wrong orders items missing mold on pizza box’s and rude staff. Haven’t went back much sense.
