I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over two hours. The customer service throughout this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this pizza place — almost any other option would be a significant improvement. This was my first and last time I will ever order from here.
Unfortunately need to update my review as I’ve had genuinely the worst experience possible with a pizza delivery from this place. This location is about 8 mins away from my apartment, so I thought an order from here would be nice and quick like the first good experience I had. Wrong. I ordered the pizza at 7pm and at 9:30 it had still not arrived. I was back and forth with Slice, the app I had ordered from, and nobody could get in touch with the restaurant. I ended up ordering from another restaurant as it was getting late and we were incredibly hungry. Once arriving from picking the other order up (I was not chancing with delivery again), the first pizza was at the door at 10:00pm and it was ice cold. Conveniently, the other pizza place I ordered from was nearby Pizza Lab, and inside it was not busy at all, and there were employees there as it had its open sign on. So they’re blatantly ignoring the phones from Slice customer service and actual customers, and then just choosing to deliver pizzas 3 hours late. Insane. I loved this place the first time I went so much that I gave it 5 stars. Now I’m sending a charge back to my card for my order because they STILL, 5 days later, have not answered the phone even once.
Watched a guy behind the counter refill a spent bottle of ranch without grabbing a clean bottle, which for those who know food handling safety basics, is not code. Proceeded to put the bottle in a fridge right next to what appeared to be a personal water bottle, which is also a Food Service Sin. The dining area had trash on the floor, which cannot be helping the roach situation.
All this just to be served a tiny ($11) lamb shawarma devoid of anything green and good. Soggy fries do not belong in shawarma, that’s why they come as a side guys. Bland to boot and greatly weighing on my conscience. The fries were fries, but I shudder to think about how long the oil they were made in has been in use. The AI images of food on the walls printed on crumpled 8×11 paper should fool no one.
