Well, I don’t know who is in charge of the cashier, but they need to pay more attention to what they are doing. My party tried to eat on a 15 dollar budget apiece, the combo was listed on the wall as being less than 15 even after tax, but somehow, the meals pictured ended up costing us 44 dollars total. Even our ticket didn’t match what was written on the wall menu. I don’t know how good your math is, but I know that is 14 dollars more in questionable charging. Now, I don’t mind paying high prices for high-quality food, and this was good food. Don’t get me wrong, but it was way overpriced. While I liked the fare, the lack of adequate or comfortable seating, lackluster decor, limited parking options, and poor pricing mark of their combo left me wanting a better experience.

We’re in town for the weekend and happened to pass by & decided to order dinner. We walked in the floor was extremely dirty & sticky. We ordered lemon pepper wings dry, 1 seasoned fry & 1 regular. We made it back to the base and the regular fry was missing. The lemon pepper dry wings were extremely salty & fried so hard. If a person has high blood pressure they cannot eat those wings. They were horrible. The salt in your lemon pepper seasoning is unbearable. Please look at making changes. Try Buffalo wild wings & that will give you understanding on how lemon pepper is supposed to taste. The young man that took our order was very nice. The food was definitely a 1. That was our 1st and last visit.

I ate here for a late afternoon meal and the food was great, the service wasn’t bad. The atmosphere was pretty standard and a bit drab. The prices were on the higher end, I paid $24 for 5 whole wings, seasoned fries and a drink. I was the only person there. The floor was in serious need of a good mopping, other that that it was a good experience. I would get their wings and fries again.

Total ripoff! Charges $25 for 10 wings, then want to charge an extra 0.99 for a sauce? Menu clearly says wings include ONE sauce. Marcus the “manager/owner” states the menu they have inside is an old menu? But it is a computer monitor hanging on wall and should be able to update with no problem. When i confront him about this extra charge he proceeds to say he “does not know why I’m making a big deal about .99 cents”. I say i want my money back. They refund my $44 order of wings instead of just giving me .99 cents back haha. Marcus proceeded to say he was not worried about the $44 worth of wings they just cooked because he will just give them to the next customer that orders. So basically if you eat here you are probably eating wings that are old and was not cooked fresh for you. I went to Kroger instead and paid $15 for 15 wings. Wing guru is a RIP off. Avoid this place if you like your hard earned money

Today was the last straw. I ordered takeout through there website/Uber eats and order and paid for food. When my husband went to pickup the food he was told they don’t do online orders and was rude about it, said i should try to get my money back. I just wanted there delicious wings. I love there food but there service is why I would not eat there.

The service was great the man gave me a discount and everything but the food was terrible. None of my wings were cooked all the way through or properly, fries were extremely hard, and i almost slipped and busted my ass cause they was mopping w no caution sign out.

We went in thinking that we’d have left overs to take with us. Nope! Couldn’t stop eating. We’ll definitely stop again next time we’re in the area.

The food is okay, and made fresh. That’s the only upside. I have to say this is the most I have paid for a chicken nugget in sauce in my life. They charge more than the menu pricing , and a 10 pc boneless and fries is 17.99 plus tax. This does NOT include a drink at this price. I paid 21 dollars out the door because they up charge you for the sauce you add to them as well. The business is slim to none as far as customers ( I would say due to pricing) Seems like they are going for broke and do anything they can
to squeeze you out of the extra penny. Staff is hi and bye, and overall cleanliness is a 1.5 of 5 @ best. Foods good but not double the price of hooters good. Do better wing guru.
