This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life! Do NOT come here if you do not want to leave in a bad mood. I ordered a simple meal. Build your own for 7.00 online. Easy enough right? Not at all. I arrived and the young lady couldn’t find my order. When she finally did locate the mobile order, she handed me my drink and then I waited… And waited… And waited and waited some more. No exaggeration. I waited so long another young lady shift swapped with her and asked me what I was waiting on. I was livid! But as a Christian, I tried my best to keep my composure. I asked what was going on and no one knew. Meanwhile, the cook kept bringing everyone else’s bag out but mine. So I waited some more. 30 plus minutes after I placed my order, my bag finally came. The second young lady apologized. But it wasn’t her fault. The manager never came to the window to apologize for her dysfunction of a restaurant. No courtesy of something for the delay, no offer for a refund. Nothing. This is a newly built restaurant but don’t let the clean look fool you. This is the most irresponsible restaurant I have ever been to and they deserve to be reported on. Hence, my post. I was so angry that I didn’t even eat the food. It ruined my whole mood.

according to their own portions it was two scoops even after we paid extra for extra meet. The manager (ironically has my same name) came to the window and argued with us instead of giving more meat ( like we already paid for). We were forced to go around and order again AND CHARGED EVEN MORE MONEY for extra beef. When the place was first put here it was way better, but has definitely gone down hill. New mangers please cause laughing in our face and rolling their eyes was CRAZY. I added a picture of “extra beef”. Mind you that was an extra dollar….

Placed a mobile order, pulled to the speaker, the “AI” asked if we were checking in with the app, we responded with “yes, we have a mobile order”. No response, repeated ourselves 4 times over 3 or 4 minutes. Then another vehicle pulled up to the other speaker and they were immediately helped. We just pulled around, then when we got to the window there were 3 employees standing at the window, said we weren’t checked in, that we would have to pull around and our food would be ready, so we added on 2 burritos. When we pulled around again, of course the food wasnt ready. So we had to hold up the drive through for 10 minutes after we waited in line and went back around. No remorse, charged full price for the addition. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

Edit: Also, the two additions weren’t what we ordered, was in a bad mood from the wait and lack of remorse at the drive through, so didnt see until we got home. Not worth the wait to go back up there.

How are you today? Hope it’s going well! Uhm I had a little inconvenience with my experience today! So I order on the mobile app 20 minutes before I get to the Taco Bell then I get to the Taco Bell still not ready and the app said it would be ready by 5 32 and it was ready by 6 08 and they also were out of large cups and they move like sloths and I hate to be mean but they really are horrible and there was a hair in my food. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!

Lexi was very sweet and professional got my order fixed right away and was the only one that treated me with kindness. The food seemed to be thrown together other than the order she brought me as a remake. The general manager seemed to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate didn’t seem like she cared much to help. This place has really gone downhill. They need a new manager in charge..

Always a good experience here, service was a little off today but I think everyone is tired on this rainy day. Food was excellent and all the customizations were correct ! The one on Maple St knows their portion sizes too. The other one we visit seems like I’m not getting the bang for the buck.

Chips were the most rancid I’ve ever tasted. I have experience in food, but even if I didn’t I’d know they just weren’t safe to eat. Please regularly clean your fryers, thank you.

This place needs help. It was dirty. The men’s restroom was dirty and had no soap in the sink was nasty. Had to ask to make the food again cause it wasn’t any good and it was just threw together with cheese and sauce in the sides where tthe container gies together and drooped on my shirt. Zero stars.

Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. Employee stated that my order had already been picked up. I did not receive my food which was $30+!! Employee told me there was “NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT!” Very irresponsible and very rude!

There was a minor mess up on the burrito (they forgot to grill it) and they were out of the freeze that I paid for online but they were very friendly, professional and happy to correct the issue and the food was good. We all make mistakes. The willingness to correct them is what made customers loyal in the past, not perfection.
