Brisket and pulled pork was tender and juicy. Loaded potatoe salad slapped, Pepper jack Mac double slapped. Baked beans were good. Highly recommend eating here. Calling all truckers to support this place and keep it open!

10 out of 10 I’m coming back and ordering they’re brisket the mac and cheese and their collard greens every time I come through.
I’m telling you don’t waste your money at the truck stop or at Denny’s if you’re wanting a really good meal.
The portions to the price is absolutely Fair they’re not small portions nor are they unmanageably large.

I have had several items from here and all have been really good. But Friday I had the smoked wings with Buffalo sauce and they were probably some of the best I’ve ever had. The smokiness was incredible. Joe and staff are always friendly and helpful. They have catered several great lunches at my job in the past. Y’all go try their food and #supportlocal.

Brisket was done perfect to my liking , soft and cooked right
Ribs , baked beans and steamed cabbage were real good too.

I’ve had BBQ here a couple of times before and it was always good. But this time was a big letdown. The ribs tasted like store-bought precooked ones — no flavor at all, like they were just boiled. The brisket was disappointing too — dry and lacked that smoky taste. Really unfortunate, but I won’t be coming back.

I got the 3 meat sampler with 3 sides. Beef brisket, pulled pork, and chicken quarter, with their hot sauce! It is spicier than most but delicious, if you like those types. Over all, the entire meal was fantastic, and reasonable price for the amount of food. I will eat here again!

So I was driving through jackson TN and I came across this amazing little restaurant it’s called Boss Ross BBQ the food is just amazing. The owner’s sister meet me she was very professional and respectful she treated me just like family the owner himself I was honored to meet. I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody if you’re passing through.
