To make matters worse, I later saw him eating breadsticks while walking toward the dumpster area, which raised even more questions about hygiene and overall standards at this location. Cleanliness and proper food handling should be a top priority in any restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper hygiene protocols to ensure customers feel safe eating there.
I would have been fine if the order was simply wrong, but receiving a pizza that was already eaten is completely unacceptable. When I went back to the store, the manager Hector O, (blue shirt, glasses) did not attempt to resolve the issue. I had to demand a refund, which I believe should have been immediately offered, along with the correct replacement. Instead, the manager kept saying, “let me explain,” while hesitating to do the right thing.
This experience was unprofessional, unsanitary, and disappointing.
