The worst sub and service ever! I stopped in after grocery shopping to take home for dinner. Both of my orders were completely wrong, drowning in mayo when I asked for mustard on one and oil and vinegar on the other, tomatoes on both, I asked for none. Mine was supposed to be on wheat, I got white. The two employees working clearly didn’t want to be there. I threw both sandwiches away because it’s a 45 minute drive. I feel sorry for the lady behind me that ordered 4 sandwiches, her’s were probably wrong too. If you are having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customer, I was nice ordering, and I tipped them… I will never eat there again.

My husband went in to order three sandwiches. There were only two people working. They had no salt and vinegar chips on outside bin but my husband did see some atop the fridge. They just told him what he saw was what he gets. It was terrible service. There were four customers in business.

I placed the order online and when I picked up the subs I didn’t check if everything was according to my order. I ordered two subs one is Hook and Ladder and another one was Italian and spare pickles for both. When I came home I had two subs Hook and Ladder and no Italian sub and no pickles. My son was so upset, he was waiting for Sunday to have his favorite Italian sub and I couldn’t go back to exchange the sub. Very disappointed

Simplicity and ease of use with the app. The employees at the location I picked up my sandwich from were very friendly and helpful! Of course the sandwich was banging and my favorite place to get a meatball sub.
I’d try the other items on the menu but that damn meatball sub with the pepperonis is too good! Love y’all’s customer service and food!

I wish I could’ve taken a photo. I was homeless and it slowly climbed my way out. I haven’t eaten yet fast food for over six months I finally had money from my first paycheck I chose to go to firehouse. I had to wait quite a bit as a customer was complaining before me after waiting this long I didn’t care I was hungry for the firehouse and oh boy, I was not disappointed. I rolled up in my motorcycle and got the pulled brisket sandwich. I was hands-down, the best tasting sub I’ve ever eaten in my life. Could’ve been the situation or maybe that was just part of it. But damn. That was absolutely delicious. Thankyou guys.
