Service was fine.
My tater tots tasted like old fry oil.
My dirty dr pepper, tasted like the soda was low on syrup and was not good at all.
Burger did not have toppings requested or any toppings at all. Very bizarre.

I came here and order my food the wrap came out ice cold so had to have it redone which was unacceptable to be served cold food the total where super crispy and cold it was a disgusting experience. The burger was great although they didn’t listen and added tomatoes i removed i didn’t get the sauce for the mozzarella sticks i nor Black pepper. the drink was the only think made correctly. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience i had id like to speak to a manager or supervisor about this issues i want a REFUND

This was my 1st and 2nd trip there. The girls were super friendly taking my order and getting the Smash Stack or whatever I ordered to me. And the cheddar poppers are definitely worth the trip. Watch out for that afternoon Sun coming off the drive thru it’s pretty intense.

Just got a milkshake, which was very good. But I am confused on how long it took to come out. Ordered on the app about 5 minutes before getting to the restaurant. Checked in on the app and the screen in the stall showed that the order was on it’s way to me….but it dont come out for over ten minutes. Ended up having to press the red button and remind them I was there and they claimed they never got the order. Still took them a good five minutes to get it out….a single milkshake…..bizarre.

What a horrible experience! Their app wouldn’t work, I asked the drive thru if they would honor their advertised prices from the app, they said no and tried to charge me 5 dollars for a microwaved hotdog.

We finally got the app to function, but all the food was so greasy that nobody wanted to eat it. A huge waste.

We sat in the parking lot as a family and watched two homeless men fight over someone else’s trash. You couldn’t pay me to go here again. Lesson learned.

The treats are tasty, but the service isn’t good. Ordering on the kiosk, I was told they didn’t have Mini blasts. It’s on the menu. Then they thought I was in the Drive-Thru and asked me to pull up to the window. Asked to have hot fudge added to the blast, but when it was delivered…no hot fudge. I then witnessed the CarHop coming to our car with stuff we didn’t order which was meant to go to a different car. She then went to multiple cars until she found the right one. It doesn’t seem to be very well organized at this location. Warwick is way better, and worth the extra drive. This location offers stalls and Drive-Thru, but no dining room.

As a first time, Customer, I’ve never had sonics before so I went to the kiosk to order. You know the part where they skate to your car. I did press the red button, which is how you call the attendant to order about three times but that’s because I don’t know what comes with the order. It doesn’t actually stated as well as I was asking what kind of cheese are the options so regular questions that you would ask at any drive-through.

Now the part that I’m complaining about is the fact that each person I answered the call button you can tell that those females had a little bit of an attitude as opposed to asking me” Hey, do you have any questions? Is there something that I can help you with? us as humans it’s not about what you say is how you say things therefore I understand that you’re on shift and you wanna hang out and chill but I can send your attitude which made me not want to ask too many questions so I went ahead and ordered what I ordered and actually I didn’t enjoy it at all. I’m also from Florida where the sonics out there it’s completely different so I don’t know if it’s a Rhode Island thing, but I did not enjoy this location at all. One thing I will compliment is the girl that skated up to my car. She was very polite. I even gave her a tip and I thanked her but everyone else in the experience as a first time person I did not like how I felt and I did not enjoy my Philly cheesesteak. It was so thin it was beyond me.

Took like 10 minutes to get popcorn chicken and tots. The tots were so over fried they crumbled into dust and I was given the wrong sauce. But the chicken was fine!
