Fantastic lil hole in the wall.
Located in the heart of canton center, Phó 29 is a small restaurant run by a husband and his wife, and named for his son’s birthday. The portions are incredibly generous, and the food is delicious.

This small Vietnamese restaurant mostly serves other people, not Vietnamese, because not many Vietnamese people live nearby. However, I will give a to the tasty Viet food compared to many other Viet restaurants that don’t have many Viet customers. Oh, please try the Vietnamese coffee. You won’t be disappointed

I have been wanting some really good Pho since I moved here from NYC (I was quite spoiled there) and finally came across some that was on the same level as the incredible Pho I have had there. AAAA SOOOO GOOOOD yum we will definitely be back. The Pho literally gave us life. The place is as no frills as it gets but you know it’s going to be amazing when the dining room isn’t fancy. But I’m not complaining because that was beyond delicious.

The only good thing to say about this restaurant is convenient location for me. Food quality is only average at best. Servings are small with few slices of meat in the noodle soups. The interior is small, unclean, outdated and needs a major remodeling. Definitely not worth a 4-star rating comparing with all Vietnamese restaurants I have ever visited.

The food is healthy and very flavorful with nice variety of vegetables. There are many excellent choices such as noodle dishes, rice dishes, appetizers and the best pho. It’s got a nice atmosphere in the main dining area and bar area with the wood and some greenery. The bathrooms are clean but they aren’t as updated as the front of the restaurant. The staff is very nice. The food takes a while to arrive at the table but it’s delicious.

This is a quaint and cute vietnamese restaurant. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious! We drive a half an hour to get food from here every time. It is worth it! Highly recommend.

Seems cozy and family owned in the corner of a street light. But one thing is for sure, it’s still open for service because the food is amazing! The fresh summer rolls were to die for with their peanut sauce and the pho was tasty and a bit sour, which i love! Highly recommend!

Best Pho around. My favorite items are chicken pho or grilled chicken sate. The restaurant itself is not the greatest place to look at, but its mainly the food. I wouldn’t recommend pho for takeout. its not as good of an experience.
