So glad that we gave this place a try!
Atmosphere is fairly basic, nothing fancy but it’s clean and comfortable.
The food is YUM.
We ordered the Satay to start. Tender, juicy skewered chicken and very flavorful sauces.
I had the yellow curry with chicken and my daughter ordered her favorite dish, Pad See Ew. We were very happy with both choices and fought over who got the leftovers.
Just kidding…we each took a portion of both entrees home to enjoy later; the servings were a decent size.
If you’re Pad Thai wanting to Pad Thai your next Pad Thai, give them a try!

Tonight was my first time dining at Sandee Thai.
•The parking is in the rear, and limited, but that’s okay since the restaurant itself is quite small.
•There isn’t much in the way of ambience but the dining room is clean and tidy.
•Our server wasn’t overly friendly but she was efficient.
•The food was pleasing to the eye and very tasty! I started with some of the lettuce wrap appetizer and loved the sauce they have to drizzle over the chopped chicken and onions.
Shrimp Pad Thai was my main course and it was perfect. The shrimp were meaty and cooked just right.
I will definitely go back to this restaurant!

First time in, I had the Drunken Noodle with chicken and the spring rolls with shrimp . Everything was so delicious! The portions were huge! I was dining alone and barely made a dent in my dinner! I have a huge portion left over for lunch tomorrow and I can’t wait! Great service, warm atmosphere-PARK IN THE BACK- Enjoy ❤️

Ordered out this is by far the best Thai food I’ve had in Oregon this is my new go to spot I’m so impressed with the crab fried rice and the orange chicken is how it’s suppose to be. Only place in Oregon where it has medium sized orange chicken bites, with a crisp, instead of 3 jumbo pieces of weird meat. I absolutely love this place and everything is fresh. There’s even a nice dine in area which I will try at some point as well. The crab fried rice meal portion is exactly what you pay for I’m so happy thank u- Trey

Good Thai food. I ordered the pumpkin curry with extra meat and there was a good balance between meat and vegetables. The rice portion size was surprisingly small but it’s not terrible. Overall it’s a good Asian restaurant in Keizer with some room for improvement

While the flavor and quality of your food is fantastic, please don’t tell people that 5 spicy is Thai hot when it’s not. If you are going to make a business decision to not serve spicy food please be honest about it upfront. It really ruins a meal when it isn’t the expected spicy level. I can deal with the terrible service if I can get the food as ordered.

Your food is absolutely the best. Being vegetarian I’m so concerned about the smell and all. In your food there was no such smell or anything. This is definitely my next go to place for dinner. Loved your food. So delicious

I’d read good reviews about Sandee Thai, but I was still a bit skeptical. After some underwhelming experiences at other Thai spots in the Salem/Keizer area, I wasn’t sure if this place would be any different. But I’m so glad I gave it a shot. I decided to splurge on their Crab Fried Rice, even though I hesitated when I saw the $18 price tag. How could you go wrong with real Dungeness crab though, right?

When I went to pick it up, I was completely blown away—the takeout box must have weighed a good 3-4 pounds! I wondered if I’d accidentally ordered enough for a small family, but their portions are just that generous. The smell of fresh crab was so irresistible that I raced home, barely able to wait to dig in. Before inhaling it, I snapped a quick pic of the takeout box next to my laptop for scale, lol. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny. With friendly service to top it all off, I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

So I must say the exterior did not look like much and upon walking in with my girlfriend it was pretty awkward because you’re not greeted like at most restaurants. No welcome or hello, just menus put on a table and told to sit here.

The reason they’re getting five stars is the food was absolutely amazing. Not only did they use high quality bok choy, peapods and chinese cabbage in my tilapia silver noodles(woon sen), but the portion was ridiculously large for the money especially. I’ve never seen that much protein in any Thai noodle dish ever. The flavor was really good as well as to not use too much sugar or too much soy sauce. It had a very light and fresh flavorful profile. The chicken satay was also equally flavorful and the cucumber salad was a nice touch. Definitely going back!!

I really enjoy their food, especially the Pad Thai. My husband likes the Pineapple Curry Fried Rice. I feel like the portion sizes are perfect and the price is very reasonable. The environment is also very laid back.
