Round Table is a treat for us. We love the pizza but the price keeps us from being regulars. So imagine my family’s disappointment when my husband picked up our order and we opened the box to see half of the pizza with hardly any toppings (and I mean the cheese too) on the slices. We were having a late dinner and didn’t have enough time to return it so we just made it work, but I guess we’ll have to start opening the boxes to check the quality when we pick up our food at the counter from now on…

I’ve been here several times because I had people in my crowd that said round table was amazing and I truly believe that used to be but there is obviously no management are very little. Was in there this past Friday with a group and tried to order 2 beers (one for me and one for my friend) with our meal, but were told by the shift manager, Debbie, that we couldn’t. This was our first drink and we were there with family during a kids event, having no previous drinks before arrival. Her reasoning was that their system would not allow multiple alcoholic beverages to be rung up on same transaction. She told us we would need to pay for one, then get to the back of the line and order the other. As this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of from a business (whose goal is to earn revenue), we double and triple checked and she confirmed that’s the way it is. It didn’t take long to find other members of our party who were able to order multiple beers with no issues. Fortunately, we asked to speak to another manager and Diana was super helpful. She apologized and confirmed that there has never been a limitation that would prevent this. I honestly don’t what Debbie’s problem was, but she could and should have recognized that maybe she initially misspoke and tried to correct it, but instead she doubled and tripled down on her stupid made up policy. Given that she is a shift manager, you would imagine that she would be familiar with policies and her system. Food was good and Diana was nice, but Debbie was absolutely atrocious and in my opinion (with my 20+ years in retail and customer service) has no business having a manager title. Apart from obviously not knowing how to do the basic parts of her job, she was rude, condescending, and unable to admit that she made a mistake.

I order pizza from this restaurant probably once a week, not anymore.
I found rubber bands in the pizza on 2 different occasions. When I called to tell them my replacement pizza had a rubber band and it was the 2nd one we found, she had the audacity to tell me because my account had a lot of complaints she couldn’t reimburse me. So I’m punished for complaining about non edible things in my pizza and receiving my pizza over 30 mins late & cold. Those complaints are valid and not my fault. Why should I have to pay $40 for a cold pizza or extra rubber bands in my pizza??? Ridiculous! I’m taking these rubber bands to the manager tomorrow so hopefully they can find whatever it is in their kitchen. But they lost a loyal customer, I won’t order there again.

For pizza places, there are better in this price range such as mountain mikes. I got the lunch special with 4 toppings and a water. The personal size is pretty tiny. My brother got a pizza and a salad and the salad was the thing that got us full after all of the pizza was gone. The thing is, there isn’t that much of a wow factor and the coupons such as a large 1 topping for 19.99 only work on Monday thru Thursday which is a little on the strange side. The food tasted okay, it was nothing to write home about. The customer service was there. They are friendly and not over the top like chic-fil-a. Overall, there are better pizza places in an already over saturated town full of them.

Food was fresh and delicious pizza was a bit crunchy, but it made the pizza taste so much better than normal. Jennifer and her crew yesterday were attentive and made sure the buffet was consistent in its offering and that they were changed. I will definitely be back to enjoy the gluten free cauliflower crust thanks guys

I went to this round table all hungry on a search for some good real salad. I haven’t ate at all and i recently discovered i have acid reflux so I wasn’t feeling my best. I came here during closing expecting to get denied like other pizza joints. I went in asked if they are closed they said yes so I walked out, but a braveee hero Keneth (sorry if spelled wrong) saved the day! He ran after me telling me he could get me a salad. All I got to say is amazing service and Keneth deserves to be the employee of the month for sure!!

Ordered a medium pepperoni original crust. Not well made at all. There was hardly any sauce on it and way too much cheese. Too much cheese isn’t always a good thing, it makes the pizza too greasy and too salty (especially if there’s no sauce on it to balance it out). The crust was ok. Too expensive for what you get ($20dlls for medium 1 topping) there are better options in the area at lower price points.
