A great bakery for high quality pastries at reasonable prices. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the two pastries we ordered were both delicious and well made.
We shared a pecan sticky bun and a challah cinnamon roll, each around $7. Both were rich, decadent, and easy to share. They were especially good when slightly warmed, which really brought out the flavor and texture.
This is a nice spot to stop in for a treat, whether you’re grabbing something to go or enjoying it with coffee. Great pastries, fair pricing, and a really enjoyable experience overall.

My father, son, and I stopped here for desserts for after dinner. The items available looked very attractive! We decided to get a few things as they didn’t have a large dessert to share. I asked the young person behind the counter to tell me about the cherry pistachio poundcake. She said “its kinda self explanatory”. Feeling a little silly, I asked does it have cherries throughout. She said it does. She pointed to the top and said its not real cherries. They’re um… i said marichino cherries? She said yeah. We chose the cherry pistachio pound cake, chocolate caramel pound cake, a caramel tart, and a pecan blonde. My son was not interested and said everything was too fancy. We cut the desserts in half so everyone could get a taste. The pound cakes were more of a dense, banana bread consistency. The frosting on cherry pistachio one did not taste like frosting. It had mild sweetness, but reminded me of trying Crisco when I was a kid. And there were not cherries in the pound cake at all so not sure what she meant by throughout. The chocolate frosting was very good. The tart was ok, and the blonde was good. Overall, just didnt see the hype for the money.

Thoughtfully packaged in a beautiful, roomy box. Generous portion of icing on the cinnamon roll. Absolutely necessary as the cinnamon roll was DRY!!

We’ve had quite a few yummy treats from Dulce. Love supporting local! The cookies and croissants are very good. My only complaint is that I’ve been in 3x and the customer service is poor. It’s almost like you’re an inconvenience being there. It’s such a contrast from every other Collingswood spot where there’s such a hospitable vibe.

I ordered a pear + almond poptart from here recently and was SO TAKEN ABACK by how delicious it was. I unfortunately ate it before I could snag a picture. As a 90s kid, I take my poptarts very seriously and this one seriously delivered. Can’t wait to go back to try more pastries!

We stopped in because we saw the chocolate croissant in the window. The server was very attentive to us. Also bought a scone. We were disappointed in the price but saw the 4.7 stars rating and said well it will be worth it. We were wrong.
The scone was heavy, DRY and flavorless. The croissant … I think I forgot to put the truck running. The little smidge of torch chocolate was delicious. But it could have used 10 times the amounts to make it worth the price. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been to Dulce on 2 occasions, on trips over the bridge from Philly. I’ve found their staff approachable, even welcoming, and their assortment somewhat plentiful – for the time of day (after 12:00) both times. I’d recommend.
They’re fairly conveniently located as well. And with abundant parking in the rear, what’s not to like?

We entered this cute little spot with excitement and were thoroughly disappointed by the time we left.
Firstly, the person at the register seemed more annoyed that we interrupted his phone scrolling time than he did willing to help. When I asked questions about a few pastries, his responses came across like I was inconveniencing him rather than wanting to be helpful.
Secondly, the food. My husband ordered the bread pudding which was very dense and left much to be desired. I ordered a ham + cheese sandwich that at first glance looked delicious. Until I cut it in half + bit into it and noticed there was only two small slices of ham and one thin slice of cheese, which would have been ok in a croissant but it was on a fairly big roll that obviously needed a bit more filling than what they gave.
The initial interaction was so off putting that we decided to not even complain before leaving but rather write this review. I rarely put lower than 4 stars on a review but after spending $12 on two small items and leaving completely unsatisfied, I felt it necessary to express our experience. The aesthetic is nice when you walk past the door but everything else was underwhelming to say the least.

From good to bad: my husband had the sticky bun, which was unexpectedly crispy, had great lamination, but left a layer of sticky sugar coating on your teeth that took a bit of effort to remove. My daughter had the cinnamon bun, which was ok – soft, with some flavor in the dough, icing was abundant but a bit meh. My pistachio honey rose croissant was a big disappointment – one end was actually soggy, the rest was rather flavorless and certainly missing the crispiness/flakiness that was present in the sticky bun. We took a while to pick our items, as it was our first time there, and asked a few questions. Service was not exactly rude but certainly not polite. For the price, you can definitely get better. Won’t be back.

Realllllyyy enjoyed the loaf bread however the baguettes were over baked causing it to be tough and dry. Overall very good though!
