We ordered delivery and our order was wrong. We tried calling 6 times and no one answered and then our boys tried their milkshake and said they were disgusting. That was because they expired in early September and early October (it is the week before Christmas right now). When I finally got a hold of the store, there wasn’t a manager on duty and had to talk to the self proclaimed “new girl”. We used to be die hard Moe’s people but since this location has opened, we have yet to have an order without an issue.

This Moe’s is terrible. We walked and no one said “Welcome to Moe’s”. The food was ice cold and disgusting . It’s changed from what it used to be to be. Will not return.
In the picture I posted, is what Moe’s use to be. You’d walk in the door and someone would yell “Welcome to Moe’s” it was awesome to get recognized walking in the door. The old Moe’s served hot delicious food. It’s clear that who ever owns this place is clearly trying to survive off of what Moe’s use to be. Party of 3, Will never come back. So sad

Went to try Moes for the first time today. Not happy. I will not return. I got this deal. I was told that since I got guac inside my burrito I could not get the queso seen here on the deal. It does not state this. QDOBA is the only place that will give u guac and queso free as they state. This is false advertisement. I WILL NOT be back!!!!! I was also charged extra.

My experience didn’t start off the greatest today but 1 person in the company completely changed my day! I have the highest praises for Theresa(sp?) in catering. Not only did she take my call when I couldn’t get thru to the store, she went above and beyond to get me the info I needed. She worked for over 25 minutes to get me what I needed and I could not be more grateful for her! I will definitely be using catering from now on and I will tell everyone how great she was to me today. A bit of kindness goes a long way and for me, that was all the way to the moon today. I have to feed around 20 people everyday and other companies don’t put identifying marks on orders which forces me to pick thru everyone’s food to see who gets what. I don’t have to do that with Moe’s now that I spoke to Theresa. Everyone at my company thanks you for that! You have a life long customer now<3

I visited this location on Friday and was very disappointed. Food looked like they had been keeping it warm most of the day. It was so dried out, it had changed colors. The lettuce was wilted also. The serves were even dry.

It was around closing time ordered a steak burrito
it had 2 oz of steak literally 4 to 5 chopped pieces of small steak
The person fixing my food had a very lazy attitude she stretched a corner of a pan of steak into 2 orders so bad I left here went to Hardee’s because I was still hungry lol

DRIVE THRU!!! Bumped it to 5 stars for this alone. Parent of 4, drive through are clutch if you’re between activities or a kid car naps.
Long time Moe’s fan, first stop at this location. Friendly, clean, food was accurate and tasted good. Chips were warm, plentiful and had a clean, prepackaged salsa bar fully stocked. They just opened 5 days ago so training and practice are a big part of moving customers through more quickly and knowing the menu well.
Things I did not mark down for: quesadilla was great but uncut (hard to eat if I hadn’t taken it home), they were out of pork (that happens) and queso was *super* runny (but it was complimentary when I ordered and I got a cup of the new Buffalo queso on the house from serving line member for me to try.) I hope they work on product consistency. I’ll definitely be back because it’s so close to our neighborhood and it takes time to master food service!

Better burritos than Qxxx and Chxxxx. Staff here knows how to wrap a burrito . Entree comes with chips and I like the assortment of salsas.
They could be more attentive, however — They were a little slow on getting to me even though I was the only one in line.
