Door dashed a salad to the airport…no fork. I have no access to getting a fork or anything (which is why I door dashed in the first place). DoorDash can’t open your food so it’s not their fault. Subway….it’s not that hard. I mean seriously.

Doesn’t matter what you tell them they toast it anyway, I asked for warmed/microwave because I have issues with broken teeth due to pregnancy and I asked for it to be warmed and they toasted it anyway and refused to fix it and refuse to answer the phone…. don’t eat here if you want your food made the way you like it. Now I have barely edible food…..

Nobody ever says a word when you enter this store. Hello, no, nothing.. Silence. I paid 14 dollars for a roast beef sandwich with almost everything on it. There was BARELY any meat on it. For one of the most expensive sandwiches on the whole menu it was like I was eating a veggie sandwich that was toasted. Not satisfying at all. Hot bread, cold meat inside. Very, very, disappointed.

I paid online, 30 minutes later, went to pick it up, they said they didn’t receive an online order. But they took the money off my debit card. The sub was delicious once he decided to make them. But they need to get their online app fixed asap. He wasn’t going to make my dinner Because he thought I was “running game, conniving to get free food”, until I showed him my credit card app. Then he went right to work.
They they’ve took regular ranch out, & replaced
It w peppercorn ranch. Why would you do that…? That mad no sense to me..

Need to get new workers, constantly had to repeat what I wanted. While I was there another customer was so unsatisfied with how his sandwich was being made he walked out. I would say one of the workers was definitely intoxicated….
