If you’re interested in quality Q, go no further than Johnnys. Staff was the second most redeeming quality to their ribs and hush puppies. This place should be a must have for all bbq fans.

Amazing lunch that left me feeling like I needed a nap. The chicken breast was juicy and cooked to perfection, the green beans delicious and one of my favorite the hush puppies! The place is so clean and well managed. Marcus is doing a fantastic job making sure everyone is satisfied as well as topping off drinks! I’m so glad that I dropped in and I can’t wait to put Johnny’s into the lunch rotation!

I was so excited to eat there. I spent $59 on the 12 piece family meal. We got two orders of mashed potatoes and gravy your order macaroni and cheese and we got another order and we got another order of green beans total and $59 I got home fed my family. It wasn’t enough for us at all, but luckily I’m a good mom so I gave everybody food. I didn’t even get to eat and I wanted exit 1st they told me be 20 minutes so then I said you have wings they said yes I got home and this is the size of the wings. This is the picture of the wings. I could not believe that.

The Fried Chicken is amazing but the way they changed how you can order is absurd ! they no longer serve to please the customer. We ate there once a week and I always order the 2 Piece fried chicken plate (Legs) with 2 sides, and I would add a 3rd leg to the order. Now you can only order the way the distributor packages the chicken( is what I was told), which is INSANE! So you can’t have white and dark mix. So we proceeded to order the 4 piece with 2 sides (Just going to deal with what chicken we got). Then after we do all the ordering then he tells us the sides are extra and don’t come with the chicken, when we asked at the beginning is it a 4 piece plate! The 2 of us would get our 3 piece plates and 2 sides each for about $26-$28. After he rang up the 4 piece meal for us both, the bill was already up to $36, and he hadn’t even rang up our sides. After that we walked out! They don’t care about pleasing the customer anymore, which is a shame. I was a big advocate for Johnny’s and recommended them to everyone, but if they can’t even serve a 2 Piece fried chicken legs plate and add a extra leg, then the hassle isn’t worth it, no matter how good the food is. Not sure if it’s so they can charge more or what, but to put rules on how people can order their food is crazy. I won’t be back unless they change this ridiculous policy!

12 piece with 3 sides and hushpuppies is 35.99. Had some leftover bbq at home as well. Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, fried okra, and a small side of potato salad. Nothing fancy, just a good meal.

Spent almost $80 on food due to the ratings we reviewed. We were so disappointed! The corn is out of a can, the mashed potatoes are the consistency and taste of instant potatoes with maybe a real potato mixed in, the baked beans tasted like bushes beans with vinegar mixed in, the okra was soggy (but could have been that we got it togo). The chicken was meh, nothing to make me go back. And my husband was very disappointed with the ribs. He said the flavor of the sauce was just ok and the ribs were mostly fatty. There are better places in Fayetteville to go for chicken and ribs!
