Great food !!! Simple food fresh. I loved my turkey sandwich. So much to choose from. The Brisket Sandwich was moist and delicious. Turkey Club always hits the spot with fresh meat not the processed junk. Service was wonderful. Oliva was so friendly and kind. She was able to answer all my questions and made our vist outstanding!

Our experience with the event room rental was not entirely satisfactory. We found the owners to be somewhat unresponsive and unhelpful during the planning stages. Additionally, the staff’s demeanor during our event could have been more pleasant, and we received several complaints from guests regarding their experience when obtaining drinks.

I really love the chicken salad plate because the fruit is a surprise depending on when you go! Chicken salad also does not have a lot of add ins which I like but it does have relish. Carrot cake muffin is delicious.

The food is good and the quality of the food is good. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is weird. It’s so dark, you have to get your own menus and silverware from an oddly placed table. It needs to be remodeled and brightened up! Very creepy vibe!

I absolutely love Basketcase. It’s been mine and my daughter’s go to lunch spot for so long. Corn chowder is a must! And that brisket sandwich with fries and house ranch is SUPERB! I truly haven’t had anything on the menu that I haven’t liked.

Look, I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this has been a repeat experience. The food is great! Love the corn chowder. But several times now, the food takes an insane amount of time to get to you. We’re talking an hour plus. And yall, it’s not complicated food. Today our order was sandwiches/soup, chicken tenders/fries, and a couple scoops of chicken salad. After over an hour with no food, no sign of it/check in by the waitress, and seeing them bring out 20+ to go plates, we left with no food. The only redeeming factor today was that we didn’t have to pay for our drinks.
