I visited a cute little ice cream shop located in a charming outdoor white tower that reminded me of a Dutch windmill. The friendly staff provided fast service and even offered my dog’s pup cups while I enjoyed my cappuccino, all at a fair price of $3.75. La Conner Ice Cream Tower has a simple menu featuring options like sugar cones, waffle cones, milkshakes, and ice cream floats. They also offer frozen mocha smoothies, jet tea, espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha, herbal tea, chai tea latte, hot chocolate, and Italian soda. For those looking for something refreshing, there’s lemonade, spritzers, and a vegetable bowl. Additionally, they have hotdogs available with a meal option, bottled water, ice water, and soda. The cute dining area is outdoors, adding to the overall charm of the experience.

Had a craving for post-dinner ice cream, and found the La Conner Ice Cream Tower open until 7 pm while most other businesses were closed. They had 12 flavours to choose from. I chose the Huckleberry and Espresso Explosion. Distinct berry flavour, and the Espresso Explosion had sizable chunks of espresso chocolate! The ice cream melted quite quickly in my waffle cone (and onto my hands), so next time I’d probably get a cup instead. Generous scoops!

We visited La Conner today, Sunday October 5th, around 4:30 p.m. to get some ice cream. From the moment the lady saw me, she kept sighing loudly every time I said what I wanted.
Google says they close at 6 p.m. on Sundays, but they actually closed at 5. When I asked for certain flavors, she said, “No, we don’t have that,” in a very dry and loud tone — not friendly at all. Instead of saying, “Sorry, we’re out of that flavor,” she just repeated, “We don’t have that!”
I asked, “Then what do you have?” and she answered, “The ones up there.” She pointed out that the sticky note that says “Lopez Island Pins” The whole time she kept sighing, which made me feel really uncomfortable.
Sadly, it really felt like profiling — just because I’m Hispanic. Such a beautiful town, but what a shame to be treated that way.

We love coming here! We do not live in this area and always make a special trip when in the area. The ice cream is delicious and the scoops are quite large! My fave is flavor is the pistachio almond! The waffle cones are also delicious! Even though we’ve done it a hundred times we always enjoy the ice cream scoop photo stand prop! The ice cream tower is in a great location with lots of parking on the streets all around. They also have three picnic tables, with umbrellas, located out front for your convenience. This is a walk up situation. You can take your ice cream to go, or sit at the tables. Also, it’s worth noting, there is no public restroom so make sure you plan accordingly!

Great NEW owners since April 2017! We were there Saturday & had a great experience. I ordered 1 scoop of ice cream on waffle cone with 2 flavors and the portion was huge!!! Friendly service & great price. Good espresso too. I think they have some regular flavors of ice cream & some special seasonal favors. Love the Toffee Coffee Crunch ice cream. We will definitely be back.
