Ordered Pizza for delivery atleast an hour a head of time to be delivered at 6:30PM on 11/13/2025. Low and behold it didn’t get here until 7:00 PM. I called Customer Care as well as called the store asking about my food. Spoke to someone that claimed to be a manager Draven, but he couldn’t answer any questions and gave excuses.. It’s very expensive and when your web site offers a time to have it delivered it should have been delivered at that time. Poor excuses and crappy customer service! Would not recommend ! As well as the pizza was warm and not hot and I only live 3 to 5 minutes from this store! If you want pizza I would order elsewhere!

Ordered 12/16/25 and the cheese sticks were mostly bread. One slice had no cheese on it. The first time I got this; it was loaded with cheese. Tonights order looked liked they were low on cheese. The wings were delicious.

Nothing very dissatisfied no one answered the phone got to order over phone. My pizza was mostly crust little sauce and very little cheese 2 inches of crust I was totally not happy. I think you need to train your staff. Definitely not worth the price I will go somewhere else next time

I guess Papa John’s is doing SO Good that last night they decided to give away their business. Papa John’s refused to take a credit card over the phone. I was in the same parking lot that they were located. Just on the far side. That’s okay. I got Domino’s Pizza instead. Their loss.

My uncle went to get pizza last night to which he watched them drop a pizza on the ground say oops then box it and send it out to be delivered. When I called the store the manger said yea no your lying I was here I wouldnt have let that happen and was very rude on the phone. Honestky disgusting and I will never be back

Buyer beware. The Shelbyville TN location will use Door Dash to deliver. Door Dash will drop your food off without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. This happened to us and the animals got into our cheese bread. The store offered to bring new cheese bread in 45 minutes or I could pick it up tomorrow. They would not refund my money.
