This has been our favorite Mexican restaurant. It’s not as close to home as the truck, but it’s convenient to get in and out of. Everything we’ve tried is flavored so well, I crave their food.

The, La Costa Taqueria #2 was a good place to eat. It had a nice atmosphere and was well decorated. I ordered a shredded beef burrito and the meat was not shredded beef or it didn’t seem like it to me. The burrito was quite large and the pricing was good but it was very dry. I asked for chips and salsa and I was informed that they were extra. I believe they should have been complimentary just like the big restaurants are. The horchata was very flavorful. Would I go there again, it’s questionable.

me and my boyfriend tried this spot for the first time & their food was absolutely amazing. the employees greeted us as soon as we walked in with a friendly smile, and the lady gave us helpful advice on what to get & what the food came with, we ordered and sat down & within 5 minutes our food was in our table! Atmosphere is super clean and we enjoyed dining in there we left full & satisfied!

This review is long over due. First I would like to say, Thank you for blessing us with your delicious Carnitas. Your Tacos bring joy to me and my girlfriends lives. The Carnitas is flavourful, tender, and crispy all that the same time. It’s so damn good. The Chips, beans, rice, tortas, breakfast burritos, and nachos have all been amazing as well.
The service is always fantastic and the food comes out fresh, quick and hot. You shine like a bright star in this dismal wasteland of average Mexican food that is Washington. Muchas gracias amigos, muchas gracias.

Chicken was very flavorful. Recommend the mulitas and taco plates. Taco plate comes with a can of soda. Staff was friendly. Service is very fast.
Parking is good. Inside is very small; possibly consider takeout. This area can be sketchy at night so be cautious.

Tacos to-go were very good. They’re green sauce was good. The place was clean, the food came out quickly and fresh off the flat top. English isn’t the first language here, but I appreciate their service with a smile (something you rarely get at other places)

The lengua tacos were spot on, great texture and flavor with quality tortillas.
The carnitas were juicy and crispy so delicious. The cabeza taco had a great depth of flavor but a few fatty pieces.
Overall, some of the best tacos the greater Seattle area has to offer = worth the trip to Everett!
