Incredible food truck stationed in downtown Gilbert. The Brazilian hotdog is unlike your typical American hotdog, but that’s not a bad thing at all. It’s more of a sandwich, loaded with 12 different toppings. Each bite you take tastes a little different, but each one is loaded with flavor and different textures. They also have Brazilian drink staples like Guarana soda and acai. Unlike anything else in the area. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back many more times. Looking forward to trying their other food options.

I’ve never had a Brazilian hotdog before, and my first one was amazingly delicious. I wish I was able to get a picture, but it was gone before I even had the thought. Not only was it hot and fresh but generously portioned.
If you have a chance, do yourself a favor and stop by this new food truck here in downtown gilbert. They are very friendly and obviously love their work 10/10

Dang this was so good, got the hotdog supreme. best hotdog forsure, this hotdog put’s standard hotdogs to shame, now i can never eat a normal hotdog with a bun again. I only eat brazilian hotdogs now.
It was like a hotdog sandwhich hybrid with lots of ingredients 10/10, definitely try them out, glad I decided to choose this over tacos tonight! They also got brazilian sodas!
