Placed a order, 2 medium pizzas, one new york crust, the other original, and added cheese bread. Picked up at 3pm on monday, knowing they were slow i figured it would be smooth, picked it up got it home and i realized there was no cheesy bread, they forgot it, and both crusts were original. My thought is: they were slow, not many orders coming in how do you mess it up? I go a survey left a bad review asked for a email response and nothing. So my advise to you is check each box if your picking it up, make sure you get what you pay for. Seems this location can care less based on them not even emailing me back to apologize.

I’ve ordered from this location quite a few times and normally it’s just.. well.. okay. But I ordered a pizza for the College Football National Championship game. Just a normal pepperoni pizza. About an hour after eating it, I was violently vomiting it all up. Tried calling the store to speak to a manager about it, and was casually placed on hold for about 10 minutes and then the call ended. I’m not the type to leave reviews, and I wouldn’t have if I had the chance to speak to someone about it.

I live close and have ordered dozens of times. They literally have forgotten our drinks and sauces every single time. I also leave notes not to ring my doorbell or knock, because I have loud dogs. Additionally, I use a table with huge block letters thay says the same to block the sidewalk to my front door, but the delivery drivers have walked through my flowerbed to ring the bell. This time our pizzas look like they were cut by Michael J Fox. Hands down the worst Papa Johns by far.

I ordered a pizza from this location instead of the 1630 e Southport location, and when I went to pick it up and realized my mistake and called this store to let them know I wouldn’t be picking it up.

Today is the 28th. That is a Sunday at 12:12. I come here all the time for pick up orders via DoorDash and let me tell you some people are not very nice but the girl and the guy working this morning were extremely pleasant even though I could tell they were under a little bit of pressure with a little rush, I used to work for Papajohns so I totally get it and she was phenomenal. Extremely polite. Had a couple customers come and go and she was so eloquent with the way she was speaking to them. I was very impressed. Would love to have this young lady on my team day of the week . The clientele in this area is a bit bougie if you will so five stars for her for keeping up and I can tell she is a huge asset. Returned tonight and was very disappointed treated like garbage !

No sauce on one pizza, the other one had BBQ sauce on a pepperoni pizza. Crust was paper thin and the pop my wife grabbed from the cooler was flat because it had been opened. Done with that location~

Made an order today again never received receipt as you can see pizza was ordered large received medium, ordered 12 cheese sticks received 9.83 inches, ordered jalapeno poppers as you can see it’s all different sizes and completely missing cheese in it.
The location manager is rude and have disgusting behavior towards customers and will never admit it is there mistake. And Papa John’s U.S. corporate headquarters will not return the call at all and manager will not forward complaints to higher management.
I suggest my fellow Hoosiers of Franklin Township, Indianapolis, IN that order from this location to completely boycott this location. Via this platform I also request federal, state and local authorities to stricten laws towards restaurants like this so that your citizens are not ripped off.
I hope Mayor of Indianapolis and local Judiciary will take immediate and strong reaction in support of there citizens or all government authorities will resign on moral grounds and shutdown fake government offices that only favor corporations.

I always come in on Monday or wensdays during lunch and even if it’s busy the guy who works in there always makes my food fast and always looks amazing and taste great I think his name is Jeremy.. just wanted to thank him for his great service everytime I go.. makes me keep coming back.. thank you guys..

I’m a Door Dasher. Valentine’s Day 2025 was an extremely busy day for this store. I picked up double orders multiple times from 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and their service! I’ve honestly never been so impressed by a pizza place’s professional and helpfulness! I never had to wait, neither did the other Dashers. They were on top of everything consistently. I never received a complaint from any customers that night. Keep up the excellent work ethics! The 2 young men at the registers were awesome! The cooks were on top of everything! Best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to!
