This is our favorite Chinese takeout place. The food is classic, always fresh and piping hot and never takes more than 15 mins for a large order. The pork lo mein and crab Rangoons are the best around.

I’m pretty sure that the owners have taken notice of some of these bad reviews and taken steps to correct the problem. I just had some of the best lo mein I can remember. It has changed in the last 6 months from my last order. If you had a bad experience in the past it’s worth giving them another try.

I ordered chow mein for take out and this is what I was given. So I called the restaurant to ask if I could replace this for something else on the menu since this is obviously not chow mein (well at least what I have had in the past from other places). They refused to make it right, and argued with me over the phone that this was chow mein and it’s not for them to replace it. So I just spent $10, for something I won’t get to eat. Needless to say I was very unpleased with their willingness to make it right.

Does a great job at being generic Chinese food. Classic tastes that I’ve been used to for decades now. The food will never suggest that it deserves to be in some fancy establishment, you’ll be left more with getting decent quality food for less than the competition down the road. If this place decides to increase its prices to rival places in Roanoke, then I may prefer to go into Roanoke. That’s not the case at the time of writing.

Wonderful!!! I very seldom do reviews but especially wanted to do one for this local owned business. I have lived a matter of 10 minutes away for the years that this place has been opened. I would not try them because of the previous bad reviews. I decided to go ahead and try it anyway. Being in a rural area there’s not a lot of options around. I was so pleasantly surprised & glad that I decided to give them a try! The food was absolutely incredible! We had between myself and family five different dishes & egg rolls that were great! I would say some of the best I’ve ever had. That goes for the Pork with mixed vegetables & General tso chicken too.. absolutely delicious If you have not tried this gem of a restaurant yet I’d say please give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed. For those who have tried them in the past and weren’t impressed, I would say it’s absolutely worth giving them a second chance!!! Yummy, fresh, good prices & very friendly staff! We will be regulars for sure! Thank you

Always amazing food and kind employees! Steaming hot, quickly prepared, and savory. I always get the Happy family combo and the house lo mein. All the egg and spring rolls are delicious. Would love for coconut shrimp to be added to the menu!
