The $18.56 sub I ordered .. ( yes that’s how much one sub was!!) zero meat on it. Most definitely not worth it . Bread looks ( and tastes) like a rock. The female server has awful customer service .

terrible!! first and last time coming here. my sandwich was made incorrectly. no tomatoes, i asked for light mayo, it was slathered in mayo.they added an extra random sandwich in the bag. i called them to tell them they dont know what they are doing and they messed up our food . the girl on the phone didnt care. i should have asked for a manager and told him to hire some new people. the two girls in there clearly dont know what they are doing.

I was greeted with amazing customer service as soon as I walked. Food came out very quick! Extremely polite, extremely attentive, and always made sure I had everything I needed. 100% would recommend this Jimmy John’s to everybody! Way to go!

Their attitude sucks. The blond heavier set cashier is absolutely rude, acts like she’s bothered to take an order let alone do her job. The gentleman that made it sandwich obviously did not want to be there, but wasn’t disrespectful with his tone. There was one older lady there that was the only positive one. Unfortunately the sandwich was good, but I won’t be going back anytime. 30 for a mid sandwich, and attitude… No thanks

Ordered my lunch at 9am for a 1pm delivery. Paid the $4.50 very high delivery fee plus a tip and they were 43min late. I called to find out where my sub was and the manager said to call back if it didn’t come in the next 20min – that would be an hour late. To top.it off my order was missing something. Probably won’t try here again. Local independent sub shops are cheaper and better.

Ordered a turkey and cheese to go. Should have checked it there but was taking it back to work.
The bread was hard and tasted undercooked ( kind of like biting in to hard raw dough).
And the fillings were almost nonexistent. I threw most of it away.
And I’m sure I’ll get the same pat answer that everyone does.
