STOP GOING TO CHIPOTLE ITS NOT WORTH IT. They got my food wrong and when I asked for help through the app all I got was a free drink. Are you serious??? My Muslim friend was turned off because she was afraid of cross contamination with the pork. I thought they used different utensils but she’s pretty picky. Lots of food… like 2-3 meals for me.. I’ve never understood this “dive”. You look around, it’s dirty and nasty. No one ever wipes down a table or counter space. No one ever sweeps. The restrooms are atrocious! The food is edible, if you are hungry enough, but really… There is no customer service to speak of, as the “kids” here do not have a clue as to how to communicate with adults…

It’s clear this place doesn’t follow serve safe regulations. They don’t change their gloves after touching the cash register, they take old scraps of food that falls between the containers back into the protein bowls, they drag your food through the entire line with food scraps getting all over your bowl or burrito. They also will grab all those scraps with their hands to sweep it off the line and then continue to not change their gloves again. Serving people with clearly dirty gloves is disgusting in its own, but to top it off they use the same covers for their food to cover their trash openings. Which is a complete health code violation. This is the better chipotle in the area when it comes to food quality but the serve safe standards are none existent here. So if you ever don’t feel good after eating here now you know why….
The basic automated response is pathetic, actually get a manager in here that cares about customer obsession and cares to enforce state guidelines in food handling. All it takes is one report to the state for this place to be shut down because of how disgusting it is

Big fan but went there today and I had to literally request three times for extra rice and other portions although I told her prior I am paying for extra.
The meat is cut up in super tiny cubes . Never seen this at any location. The rice wasn’t nice and fluffy looking with cilantro, it looked clumped up like they added lots of water and taste was not up to parr.
The usual staff I know weren’t around today. Step it up! No es bueno!
