I ordered a Steak and Cheddar Hoagie. I picked it up curbside due to no delivery driver, not a big deal. However I’m not sure that the “steak” was something anyone should eat it was horrible!!! Pressed, formed meat, its debatable that it’s meat, microwaved and a lousy fake seasoning. A few chips of bacon and due to all the BBQ sauce I barely found a sliver of cheese. I never post negative remarks however after receiving no reply to my email to customer service here you go for everyone to read.

Food was better than average. Problem is no chance of ordering by phone, since they refuse to answer. As of late, no delivery of any kind.
Pretty sad when a company that built it’s reputation with delivery, will not answer a phone and disables delivery orders on line. By default, the local competition is the only option. Cassano’s is right next door…

This used to be a decent store, but over the last few months it has really gone downhill. Wait times are getting longer and longer, items are often forgotten for deliveries and the staff seem unprofessional and some are downright rude. My wife and I have had to cancel multiple delivery orders from this store recently due to having to wait 2+ hours for a pizza. The last time we called, the staff hung up on us 3 times before we were finally able to cancel the order and get a refund. This store definitely needs better management. The current management staff seems to have the store in total disarray with very little control over operations.

Here’s a use case for your business Domino’s. Pay attention.
Me…customer. We ordered pizzas at 6:46pm EST. We were promised our pizza 40-50 min. I get that there can be variations in this time frame just from multiple variables factoring in.
No pizza until 8:10pm. This is 20 min after we expected it, which isn’t really the problem. The problem is, that there was no communication into the pizza running late. Your pizza tracker is great on paper, but when there’s problems, what can you do to alleviate customer concerns? Maybe text us saying you’re running late or email the same thing. SOMETHING. Don’t just let us hanging in the dark when the delivery is running late.
We are generally happy with the service from this location. But, tonight, point blank: sucked. Solve it.

Super nice!! On the phone when I had a question, super easy to order online, and the food taste devine!! If you are a true chocolate lover, the lava cakes are a must! I tried the chicken chunks with jalapeno and pineapple, wow! So good!! Pasta primavera is wonderful too. They are just hard to beat with delivery time and quality. And follow the progress of preparing the food to getting it to you…they make it fun and you don’t have to say “is it here yet”? Cause you’ll know!! And listen to some fun music of your choice while you wait…its the little things right?! I am thankful!!
