I ordered a tuna sandwich on DoorDash….it had NO tuna in it, no exaggeration. I always order tuna sandwiches and usually the tuna is spilling out. It’s usually resembles the advertised picture. I ordered from this location yesterday and it was regular and just like the other locations. But today when I ordered there was no Tuna in the sandwich and when I called the woman refused to acknowledge it and asked what time I ordered the sandwich yesterday . It doesn’t matter. So when I went in person no accommodation was made, poor customer service and very uncomfortable. The sandwiches are inconsistent. Terrible place will be blocking from my DoorDash. Don’t waste your money. Any other subway location will be better. These are pictures of both sandwiches and not to mention the bacon was basically raw.

Best sub I’ve had from SUBWAY since I moved back to NY. Ordered online and although the options are straight forward, I’ve had many many bad experiences with my selections. Queens representing – these guys made my sandwich perfect!!

I ordered a black forest ham on italian herb and cheese bread toasted. She gave me the wrong bread, it didn’t have all the ingredients I had added, and on top of that it wasn’t toasted. I had noticed it wasn’t warm at all when i had picked it up right as the order was complete, so I turned and asked the workers if it was toasted they turned to ask the lady on her phone if she toasted it, she claimed she did when she really didn’t. I might not work as a chef or anything, but it shouldn’t be hard to make sure you have the order right before you pack it and serve it. Maybe if she wasn’t so worried about her phone she would have.

Placed a mobile order. When I arrived, the order wasn’t fulfilled. Was asked to show ID for the order to be made. I didn’t have one so the order was cancelled. Since when do you need to show ID for a sandwich. That’s ridiculous.

HORRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE!!
Skinny lady was stingy the entire time while preparing our order. Her attitude is rude. We took a foot long and she put each item with the tip of her fingers like it PHYSICALLY PAINED her to give us a decent amount. She said no refills on drinks. This is the WORST Subway service I’ve ever got. I am never coming back here. My visit was at 1:40 pm.

The first time I ordered from here through door dash they screwed my sandwich up. I tried to give them one more chance and they screwed it up again. WHY DO YOU KEEP TOASTING SANDWICHES THAT PEOPLE DO NOT REQUEST TO BE TOASTED!? IF I WANTED IT TOASTED I WOULD HAVE CLICKED TOASTED. This is the 2nd time this was done and I’m pissed off because my money is wasted yet again. Read people’s orders don’t just do what the hell you want to do!
