The kid who took our order was super nice but it took them st least 15 minutes to bring us our 2 drinks, chocolate milkshake and strawberry shake. Probably another 10 to bring a kids pepperoni pizza and a bacon, cheese, avocado sandwich.
My sandwich, the best part was the really crunchy bacon, actually, that was the only good thing, well and the avocado was good. My daughters pizza, she said… “blah”. The strawberry shake, I left most of it. The chocolate shake was good according to my daughter but it was just regular chocolate powder.
My sandwich came with fries, which were cold and not flavor to them.
We also got a chocolate cake and an Italian wedding cake. Both of them super dry.
I wanted to try this place; I usually have a to go place, will give another chance or thanks but never coming back… Even my daughter asked me to not come back ever again.

My honest review of The Italian Maid Cafe
The staff: The staff members were very friendly
The atmosphere: Very calm, very clean, very quiet
The service: It’s a little slow but they only had 3 people working, it was worth the wait
The food: I had the tiramisu and burger
It’s amazing, same price as the ones you can order at HEB but way better, I’m coming back here whenever I crave tiramisu, as for the burger it’s really good, mozzarella cheese was melted and the meat was tender.
Additional note: Name is slightly misleading, there are no maids at this cafe.
My final verdict: Great place to meet with friends, great place if you’re craving desert, I’ll update this review if I try more foods!

Ate here Saturday at 2:30. Food was freshly made, authentic and delicious. Views from the patio are peaceful and fantastic. Definitely worth a trip!

This place is amazeballs. Period. A hidden gem for Cross Creek Residents and the Katy/Fulshear area as a whole. The wife and I had dinner and a glass of wine on the patio and watched the sunset and couldn’t be happier with our overall experience. For a smaller more casual place the food is easily out of its weight class. Our experience was topped off by fantastic customer service from Kerri who gave us just the right amount of attention and just the right amount of wine. We will be back.

I ordered catering for a company Christmas party in 2017. Gena Rickelfsen went ABOVE AND BEYOND all my expectations. It wasn’t just the perfectly cooked food… They brought decorations, displayed the food beautifully, served my guests with professional flare, and cleaned up / boxed everything. It took all the stress away from me! I’m so impressed! Will order again!

Food was delicious, surrounding is beautiful and great was service. We ordered avocado burger, veggie pizza, tomato basil soup… everything tasted great. My kids ordered chicken fettuccine pasta and they gobbled it up And to top it off we had molten brownies sundae…And it was yummy!!!

We order quite often. I always get the sunset salad, which is delicious. It is really hit or miss though on the portion size. Sometimes it’s pretty ample with a nice amount of chicken. Sometimes it’s pretty sparse. I’d say it’s 50/50. Tonight was sparse and I’m still hungry after spending over $11. Probably my last time.
