Visiting town for a few days and was delighted to find a spot perfect for an evening out, with jazz music, dim lighting, and a nice bar. We tried a couple of things on the menu and got to enjoy the light, comforting Pho broth and then a more flavorful bowl of Bun Bo Hue. Came back the next day to grab a Banh Mi Thit Nuong at noon and wasn’t let down. The bread was crispy on the outside and airy/cottony inside, stuffed with tendered grilled pork. Easily my go-to next time. Also, super impressed with their White Lotus Mule.
I’m honestly really happy they are in town. This place brings such a refreshing perspective on Vietnamese food to the area. And of course, more great options for us Pho Lovers!

This is a wonderful Asian owned restaurant with deliciously authentic on-point Vietnamese food prepared properly and with attentive service. You can tell all of the food is made with love and care. The owner Alice is so sweet and all of the servers were amazing. Get the crispy tofu with fish sauce – that sauce is ridiculously tasty. Vietnamese coffee was one of the best I’ve had – not too sweet and rich in flavor. Will be back again and again!

This is the ONLY spot all four members of the family LOVES with a capital LOVE. We all crave it, and usually indulge 2+ times a month. The usual go-to order is 1 Chicken Pho (add a side of veggies), 1-2 orders of the Chicken Wings (basil sauce), One of the combination noodle dishes, and usually 1 wild card of something new to try. ALWAYS happy, never sad, price is completely fair, food quality is wonderful, service is great.
Supporting a woman owned business is a double cherry on top, Alice is the most warm, welcoming, charismatic, hard working owner, and I give gift cards, bring friends and want to lift her up in a Bend restaurant scene that is (ahem) less than enjoyable lately.

This place is much more than delicious pho. It has a variety of yummy dishes to choose from. Their stir fry beef and pork chop vermicelli are tender and melt in your mouth. My favorite appetizer is the butter garlic shrimp. The pho broth is complex and plentiful. The atmosphere is cheerful and conducive to conversation with friends. Service is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Alice, the owner, truly cares about the quality of food she serves. The Old Mill location makes this an easy place to meet friends.

The food is really great, and the service was top notch. I really enjoyed the Vietnamese wings, and the vermicelli, but I will say that I enjoy my local spot more (Not Pho 88’s fault, and plenty of room for more great Vietnamese food!) Ambience is kind of dark and doesn’t fully remind me of Vietnamese food or the country…but I’ve never been, so who knows – maybe they nailed it.
