1st time here! Heard a lot of good about this place and I’m telling you right now, hands down the best Sub I’ve ever ate!
It wasn’t soggy,it wasn’t too crispy,it was fresh and homemade like.

Here is what happened exactly I have witnesses for every word I said. I ordered a supreme with everything on it except olives. I usually open the box to make sure the place I get pizza from didnt mess up the order. This situation was different, we called it in early super bowl Sunday at 4pm. Kept the box closed to keep it hot, then stuck it right in the oven on low heat soon as got home. Opened it up at 5:50pm right before game started. We eat half of it and we say do you guys taste any meat?? No!? Because there was no meat and they charged $30 bucks! This was not repeated back to me that it was a garden patch or vegetarian pizza i was on speakerphone and nobody heard that. I called little hocking store again and they said they didnt take the order not a sorry and didnt offer anything to make things right i was clearly very upset yet respectful. She said I dont know what to tell you and I said I know what Im never getting pizza at Napolis again, it didnt taste that great my 76yr old stepdad said he likes little caesars better and I said we couldve gotten 5 pizzas for same money too I didnt feel like driving into town but next time I will.

I was in the area making a delivery and seen this place off the highway, and decided to give them a try. Staff was friendly and nice, and the pizza I order was really good. The sauce has really good flavor, along with the crust, and very crispy. If I’m in the area I would definitely go back.

The employees, especially the day lady, are very nice. Food is delicious made from high quality ingredients. Store and restrooms have always been clean. Really my only complaint is price. Your looking at $50 or more everything you eat at Napolis. That being said it is really good. Our favorite is the italian sub with napolis dressing and fries. You must also try boneless wings and homemade blue cheese dressing. Chefs kiss on the taste. We eat here maybe twice a year due to price but always enjoy it when we do. They offer specials and it will vary between pizza, subs, etc

Absolutely the worst pizza around. We spent $91 and it was not fit to eat. Ive had a pizza shop before and this entire meal was nasty. I would never eat there again.

Napoli’s always leaned on the pricy side but the past few years the quality has taken a nosedive while prices have risen even more. The pizza ordered was overbaked and the crust had a very weird sweet after taste, like they used equipment they had used for a dessert. The Sicilian cheese loaf is not a loaf, it’s a very flat square dry cheese pizza, although it’s still in the old 3 inch tall box (which used to make sense because the Sicilian cheese loaf used to be about as thick as a French crust pizza– it’s less than a half inch). The food was nearly $50, the taste was no more than $10. Order somewhere else.

Have been a life long customer. Ordered a chef salad and cheesy bread. The order was terrible no meat or cheese on the chef salad and little to no cheese on the cheesy bread. The price was also way over priced. I take my family there for sunday dinners for the past 20 years. I am done with wasting my money and time on a company that has been going down hill over the last few years. They got there last order from me and my family. And i will hope you wont waste your time or money.

Just wow, lol. I am not from West Virginia and maybe I just don’t know how pizza delivery works out here in the boonies but a pizza delivery place that won’t deliver to a business only 1.9 miles away is the craziest thing I’ve ever come across. I knew something was weird when they asked for my number and said they couldn’t deliver to me unless I called back on a local number, lol. This Yankee here would say they are a few sticks short of a decent wood pile. But when in Rome.

Was looking for a place to eat around Hocking Hills before we explored the area and came across this pizza place. It doesn’t look like much, but the pizza was excellent. If I’m ever visiting Hocking Hills again I will definitely stop by.

I have to give this restaurant 5 stars because the employees there are superb. They are so friendly and helpful that you can’t give them anything less. They make you feel like you fit right in and enjoy talking with you. I happen to love their pizza because it doesn’t have too much sauce on it, whereas, my boyfriend wants ALOT of sauce on his. It gives me heartburn. The cheesy tater tots are Amazing, they add bacon to top them off and they are so very good. The garlic skillet rolls are the most soft and scrumptious rolls that you will find in this area. I’m not super fond of the fettuccine Alfredo but it is good. I have a tough time finding any that beats Olive Garden’s and probably never will. Napoli’s Alfredo sauce is very creamy and not a strong parmesan flavor. My daughter loves the boneless hot wings. They have a nice variety of dishes for you to choose from. We eat there often. I do recommend this restaurant.
