Went 3 weeks ago, bought chicken parm dinner, that chicken taste was nowhere and it was heavily breaded…

Went there 2 weeks ago, bought small pizza, not enough cheese..very dry..
Went again and biught a chicken parm…the chicken was breaded and seemed to be bought frozen…it only tasted like cheese and sauce..no chicken flavor whatsoever.

Went again to try something different, ordered an eggplant parm with ziti..light sauce…ziti came as ordered with light sauce…eggplant parm was too saucy.. but the worst part is the eggplant was a mush..can’t even recognize the eggplant..it seems to be kept frozen and then became watery when cooked..(like mash potatoes consistency)…I ate the ziti…
These places need to stop buying frozen products…they are horrible.

Overall just a very blah pizza. Crust is cardboard and thin. Sauce and cheese were good though. It just didn’t hit the spot. Ordered a plain pie on 6/17/24. Delivered on time and hot. No problem there.

I usually have good pizza but they were rude I wanted my pizza cooked better because it was not cooked all the way and they gave me a refund without telling me. All I asked was for it to be cooked alittle more and the weird Spanish guy had a whole problem for no reason. In his words make sure you ask for your pizza well done terrible service.
