This place was amazing ! We always tend to try to eat local and this was the BEST choice on our road trip. Very nice Lady who runs the restuarant and was there to ring people in and make aure everyone was comfortable. I can see that it is a diamond in this small city. Everything was great from the collards to the baked chicken, seafood and sweet potato casserole. This will definitely be on our map the next time we come through town ! And ill make sure to tell anyone I know to try this place out on their trek up to the mountains.

Wow! This place was amazing.. a nice country feel along with a country buffet is just like icing on the cake for me!! The food was delicious and there was so much to choose from… vegetables, meats, seafood and wonderful deserts. Will be going back very soon!

A genuine surprise! A family run establishment with a southern cooking line up that doesn’t disappoint.

This was a good place for a large family dinner. Enough seating for everyone to be seated together.
The food was ok. A lot of fried foods and the vegetables didn’t seem fresh, maybe they were canned.
The catfish was delicious.
The service was ok. Our server was busy and not very attentive.
So weird thing was all the brown people were seated in a back room and all the non brown people were seated in the front. Seemed a bit segregated and being in a small southern town it made me uncomfortable… Coincidental? Maybe.
Would I go back? No.

Food was good, but the owner & waitress was extremely rude!! No A/C in 90+ degree weather, building very run down, blinds on the windows very nasty, it started raining and at the table we were sitting at water started flooding in thru the ceiling where my 2 year old was sitting, he got wet, water started running all over our table, we used our empty glasses to catch the water, because the waitress told us “we would be okay!” Won’t be back!! They have zero customer srrvice & nasty building!!

We come all the time and I have to honestly say not only is the food incredible the staff is amazing. I’m not sure what we go there more for the amazing folks that smile and welcome every person who walks in or the fabulous food. I would highly recommend Red Minnow to anyone and everyone. If I was able to give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Love this place.

This place is like walking into my teenage years again when my dad uses to bring us here. Buffet is fresh (and we came an hour before closing). Great unsweet tea, which is a measuring stick for me. Wonderful experience
