Okay this place is an absolute GEM! I got an iced matcha with oat milk and French Vanilla!✨ It’s perfectly creamy, lightly sweet, and so smooth with that dreamy vanilla flavor. The matcha is fresh and not bitter at all — just the right balance of earthy. Honestly one of the best iced matchas I’ve had… it feels like a little luxury treat in a cup. Highly recommend!

Cotta Nostra has a clean, modern aesthetic. Very minimal and light on the senses, with calm chill music.
The strawberry matcha is delicious, a nice balance of the sweet and the flavor of the matcha.
Vanilla latte and espresso is very smooth and not bitter, with a balance of richness.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The UI on the ordering kiosk is excellent, and easy to use. Haven’t experienced it before, wish other places used the same platform.
Will be likely to return!

What a gem! I only wish we’d found this spot sooner! Amazing cotta latte, and so nice to have yummy matcha options. Highly recommend, very family friendly! Our kids can’t wait to try the Strawberry latte next!

I was around the area dying of thirst with no water in the car (bad decision) and my Yelp community helped me locate This gem in Ahwatukee foothills.
I showed up to park (plenty of parking for a small plaza) and thought that they were closed because the window tinting was so dark and I couldn’t see inside. Thankfully the door is unlocked. I was greeted by the barista immediately and instructed me to order on the device. The menu was clear and the ordering process was simple.
I ended up ordering the yuzu mango sparkling Fresca. I took my first sip and I cool down immediately. It was a slightly bitter flavor from the matcha, but the yuzu mango flavor balanced it out. I tried not to stir it too much, but the drink got sweeter towards the bottom.
P.S. – With a place painted in all black, it was surprising not stuffy in the middle of a hot AZ summer

Cotta Nostra is the new guy in town. This little gem of a coffee shop is in the Ahwatukee/Chandler area. They’re in their soft opening phase, so make sure to follow their page for the latest updates (they’re currently opening at 8am). With beans from Pair Cupworks, you’re in for a treat! I tried the Maple & Ash Latte (featuring activated charcoal, cinnamon, and gold flakes) and the Mango Matcha Latte—both were on point! Chill spot, delicious drinks, and super friendly staff. Once they get up and running I know they’ll do great! Go check them out and spread the love!
