Got a chicken wrap and he rolls the chicken in the wrap the long way around. Most people would have done this the short way. Needless to say my wrap immediately fell apart. Also, he pointed to the jalepenos and called them sweet peppers. I wanted the jalepenos so I said sweet, I didnt get the jalepenos on my wrap. I come so subway about twice a year, this might be enough to go down to once a year.

Came home with no cookies and sloppy sub with sauce I never asked for.. went back and they said you can have some cookies.. look in the holder. Looks not good at all.. also if you file a complaint. They just mark it as resolved. You should get 0 stars.

My husband and I live right by this subway and have come well over 20 times. Came in tonight with an employee we’ve never seen before, his name was Trey I believe. Hands down the best subway employee we’ve ever come across. He looked fairly young and most young employees these days aren’t very welcoming or in high spirits. We should have said this to his face but figured I’d write a review since we didn’t.
Don’t ever quit Trey!

I shared my disappointment with Subway manager Gordan Peterson via email. I simply wanted a refund of $14 because our order was clearly not up to standards. He/Management ignored my request, now you have a 1 star review and this could’ve been such a simple resolution. Do better!

Went there at 8:30 pm on a Friday March 1st night while customers were still in the store and the open sign was on. The hours said they closed at 10 PM and the doors were already locked at 8:30. I work in fast food you can’t lock the doors before close like that, give me my sandwich or else.
