Inside the marketplace at Graton Casino Resort in Rohnert Park sits La Texanita, a casual Mexican spot serving up some comforting flavors. Specifically at 630 Park Ct, this is not your traditional sit-down restaurant, but what it lacks in formality, it makes up for in portions and service.

I’ve tried both their burrito and pozole, and each dish left a distinct impression. The burrito is part of a special meal deal for $19.99 (before tax), which includes a drink, a side of beans and rice, plus chips and salsa—usually two to three varieties. The portion is big, easily enough for two people, and I often share it with my guest. Out of the meat options, carnitas is the winner—tender, flavorful, and noticeably fresher than the pastor or carne asada. I also love the sour cream they drizzle across the burrito; it adds just the right touch of creaminess and visual presentation.

The pozole, priced at $17.50, tastes like something lovingly made at home. The broth and meat are rich. The portion is generous enough to share. You can choose between tostadas or tortillas, and both are solid options depending on your mood. It’s a dish that hits the spot, especially if you’re looking for something soothing and warm.

They also serve a horchata that’s creamy and sweet—definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for something refreshing to sip on.

Since La Texanita is located within the food court, there’s no traditional table service. While that’s understandable, given the environment, the prices do reflect more of a sit-down experience, so I sometimes find myself wishing for that extra layer of service. The employees, however, are kind and efficient. Luz has a steady, welcoming presence and always brings a warm energy when I ask how her day is going. There’s also a sweet younger girl with dark curly hair, and a gentleman with black and white hair—possibly the manager—who’s polite and professional.

If I could offer one suggestion, it’d be to deepen the relationship with regulars. Sometimes, the staff is so focused on the task at hand that a simple “hello” gets skipped. A little more connection would go a long way, especially with returning customers who keep the flow steady and help spread the word.

As expected in a casino setting, the atmosphere is bright, busy, and adult-oriented. It’s not a kid-friendly spot, but takeout is popular and convenient. Seating is scattered throughout the food court, with TVs usually playing sports, and the Graton cleaning crew keeps things impressively tidy with a kind and polite attitude.

Parking isn’t a problem—there’s a large lot out front and a five-story parking garage. Just be ready to show your ID as soon as you walk in.

All in all, if you’re in the mood for flavorful Mexican comfort food in an energized environment, La Texanita is worth checking out. It’s a cozy bite of tradition wrapped in the sparkle of the casino atmosphere.

Customer service was on point. Attentive when I approached the counter, everyone there was smiling. That’s a good sign. Placed my order, steak quesadilla & 2 grilled chicken tacos. Presentation was nice. Don’t over think it It’s a food court. I do appreciate the extra effort the chefs put into it to make it look appealing. Thank you! So on about the plate. The steak in the quesadilla was seasoned, lots of goey cheese!!! I also enjoyed the small salad that came with the quesadilla, nice touch. The chicken tacos could have been seasoned a little more, but the meat was tender. I squeezed some lime onto them.I added the additional condiments radishes, jalapeños to my tacos. That woke them up. The tacos were packed with meat, onions & cilantro. You could easily turn 2 tacos into 3 or 4 if you’re a light eater. Now we cannot forget about the Hibiscus tea. Omg, the sweetness was just right. Do not add ice, it’s cold enough .
Counters were clean . Employee’s looked clean and put together. Restaurant looked clean and well maintained.Made feel at ease with dining with them.
Thank you to everyone who served me today & especially for making it feel welcoming!!!

Whenever I stop by at the Graton Casnio in Rohnert Park, I make it a point to go to the Food Court and get a Super Chicken Burrito at LA Texanita. Yesterday was no different. The service was friendly and the burrito was huge and delicious. Will be back.

Love the street Tacos. Nacho is very good and large portion. One order of nacho is enough for me and my wife. Wish they give a little more chips, so it won’t get soggy as quickly. Not sure why the bad reviews. I always love the place, had great customer services.

Thier burritos are freaking huge! I’ve never seen anything like it. And great quality as well. When you’re done losing all of your money to the one armed bandit, get yourself a super burrito. It will make everything better.

I was going to clown on them for taco shaped flautas but they were actually really good. I would go back for them. The rice was ok with the salsa Verde and the beans were decent. Would go back again
